@mewzoeyrulz This is not an official game - it was never sold in stores. Fans took some of the animations from an old Sailor Moon arcade game and changed parts of them to fit this purpose. This is a MUGEN character pack I would guess. MUGEN is a fighting game engine and you can customize it pretty well, as far as I know.
