I have lived in the Portland and Seattle. Pretty White right?? I'd say so. The reason is that whites build safer and more prosperous societies, which non-whites then try to move into and take advantage of. I am certainly not saying that whites are "intrinsically less violent" - we have crushed every other race in warfare, from Alexander the Great to the Gulf War. Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Europe were forged in war, whereas no Black nation has never been a significant player in any major strategic conflict.
