contrary to what many ppl are saying i believe that this piece is at its best when played slowly and meaningfully. it's like a song about love...it can't go too quickly. I thought you did a wonderful job, and particularly stood out in comparison to many of the other interpretations of this song on youtube. kudos

"rubato" is a slight variation in the song's rhythms and tempos and volume. You tend to speed up too fast. Note there is no noted change in tempo between the first part and the second. You tend to speed the triplets up so that they do not have a triplet value. Your centre part does this especially, and you do not vary the volume to much, and then excessively. Otherwise it's okay.

um MsicFusion it actually is Romantic! All Chopin pieces are Romantic! This person played very well. I applaud you, i'm 12 and playing this song currently. by myself. it's a "surprise piece" for my teacher.

Even though I realize you know how to play well, I dislike your interpretation. It is not of the romantic era. Many of your rhythms are not played correctly; you have too much staccato; and your dynamics are too loud to be Chopin.
