Actually, it's sort of different from 'Saw' (We get it, torturing people is still the same. Bravo.) But the thing is, in 'Saw' he KIDNAPPED the people. In 'Are You Scared' these people SIGNED UP for it! As long as its somewhat different, who cares? Besides, we've already got a billion other horror genres (vampires, werewolves, zombies, ect..). Why do the torture games have to be excluded?
