  • a melhor banda dos ultimos tempoe 1000 valeu dicosilvario rj

  • OS CARAS SÃO BONS

  • Who shouts 'pink floyd!!' at the end?

  • @dir06 Nick Mason?

  • who sing with gilmour???

  • @The13run0 it's guy pratt

  • Pink Floyd reform for a gig at Knebworth. First time they've seen each other for a year. This couldnt have anything to do with trying to steal Roger Waters' thunder for his forthcoming mega-gig in Berlin two weeks later could it? It couldn't be them saying 'we are Pink Floyd and you're not', could it? Of course not. Ahem.

  • @EnglishChannel1 hey dude, do you know a word called "coincidence"

  • these guys are pretty good. they aint the jonas brothers or bieber but they are ok

  • @jamsid33 you are having a laugh you have to be.if not then your fucked in the head

  • I've been listening to this badass song ever since this live cd came out in 1990 & I still can't understand a damn word that comes out of the bass player's (Guy Pratt) mouth. LOL

  • this gives me the chills every time! SO AWESOME!

  • the stadium rocker to end all stadium rockers!!!!anyone who knows pink floyd.......anyone who cares about pink floyd......knows that this concludes any gig by the BEST EVER ROCK BAND........strunning,absolutely stunning

,come on dave and roger give your long suffering fans what they want... a "fairwell to the world" final tour in loving memory of rick and sid..........we want it............the watching world deserves it......................."is there anybody out there"....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think I was there, but I can't remember!!!

  • This song is pure genius btw!

  • Roger waters "run like hell" IN THE WALL 1990 better than this??? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ur a joke mate...... it was the poorest concert featuring Pink Floyds music.. you know why? coz it had 2nd hand bad musicians!

  • @enzo2enzo2enzo

I just know I'm going to get flamed for this, but it's what I think. I agree that some of the songs were horrible (the worst was another brick in the wall part two), but many songs were awesome. Run Like Hell from Berlin was awesome, as was Comfortably Numb, Young Lust, and In The Flesh. All the songs were perfomed the way they originally were, (as a story) and while the original concerts from 1980-1981 were the best of all, Berlin ranks right behind the originals.

  • @enzo2enzo2enzo When you call Levon Helm, Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, Van Morrison, The Scorpions, Paul Carrack, Cyndi Lauper, Thomas Dolby, and even Sinead O'Connor "second-hand bad musicians", you are the the joke, pal. This Knebworth gig is better than The Wall In Berlin, yes - but not because of the "second-hand" musicians who were part of the band. Go back to your hair metal, and leave this to the people who actually KNOW music.

  • PINK FLOYD RULED KNEBWORTH

  • absolute genius!

  • I am sure they genuinely cared for the music charity this gig was raising money for but the main reason the 3-piece Pink Floyd reformed for this show was to steal Roger Waters' thunder as his 'The Wall: Live In Berlin' gig that was taking place the same month. The 3-piece Floyd had done nothing for 2 years then reformed for this. Waters' gig in Berlin was the biggest show ever, and was getting huge amounts of publicity. This performance here was to tell the world 'we are Pink Floyd, not him'.

  • @EnglishChannel1 DUDE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOUR ON ABOUT !!!!!!! Reformed for this gig ? they had been on tour since late 87 with momentary tour and had agreed to this along time ago as thats why there wer given headline above McCartney and the likes as they were the first band to agree to play knebworth 90 !!! And Waters gig in Berlin was shit and i went it was a good spectacle but some of the bands singing was a joke i was also at this and many other floyd shows including Versailles,

  • @NOODLES38 The tour ended one year before this in Marseilles, France. These big bands tour, then end the band for that phase until they reform again some years later. This is true of the Rolling Stones aswell as Floyd. You dont get the Stones doing one-off gigs, nor do you with Pink Floyd (except here). They reformed to steal the thunder from their former colleague Mr R Waters. This was 30 June 1990, Roger's gig was 21 July 1990 - just three weeks later. Too much of a co-incidence otherwise.

  • @EnglishChannel1 Wembley ,Werchter and Maine rd and know which i'm glad i went to and i'm not a waters hater either i'm goin the wall tour and have seen him many times but please don't talk shit bout things you've no idea about !!!

  • David was really spunkie during this performance!!!!!

  • Genius unleashed!!!!

  • Look up this song from the 2010 waters Wall tour... no camparison... the waters version is far better.

  • @miamad I was at both. You are wrong!

  • I read here that Waters' Run like hell is better than this???Stupidity is indestructible.

  • Would have loved to have been there....

  • this looks like dvd quality, but it's not on dvd!??? Where did you get this?

  • @fordescortracer This is from the "Live at Knebworth 1990" DVD.

  • My favourite version of Run Like Hell.

The vocals are just spot on in this version

  • this is on itunes

  • I was there....what a fabulous gig. Page and Plant amongst others.

  • Roger's 2010 Wall Live Run Like Hell blows this one away sorry Guy Pratt but you look like a ' gt '

    Just sayin'

    OTWL

  • pink floyd rocks

  • Free Bird!!!

  • great vocal, just urgent and driving!

  • I need to get a car license for a drive with this song playing. . .

  • un video da brividi!! complimenti!

  • Why no shots of Nick Mason??

  • Bad azz guitar riffs

  • Love this dvd, many great bands and artists for a good cause. I wish Floyd's entire set was included though. It was great, fucking great...apart from original 'Great Gig In The Sky' vocalist, Clare Torry, singing it almost 2 decades later, not so good, they should have done 'On The Turning Away' instead of that.

  • Cant believe this awesome concert was 20 years ago

  • i was there. an evening with pink floyd what can be better. thankyou pink floyd.

  • The bassist ruins it - how can a band of Pink Floyd's calibre not be able to employ a decent bassist who can sing?

  • @aderham6 He's employed by them mostly because he is Richard Wright's son-in-law. He is also a loooooooong-time acquaintance of Mr. Gilmour.-----just sayin :)

    R.I.P. RW

    peace

  • I was there! so great to see this again ,thankyou

  • @coltsuperocean10 Fuck you.

  • The same location the late Ronnie VAn Zant blew the Stones off the stage

    way back in 1976

  • Pink Floyd!!!... Pink Floyd!!!!

  • I contributed to the crowd

  • I wasnt there, couldnt get tickets, they were sold out so quickly we hung on the phone all darn day lol, but, bloody hell this brings back memories! Thank you!!

    The legend, always, fab!!!!!

  • It's a good version ! I love this song ! =)

  • ah happy memories....i was there very near the front.....the only reason i went was for the Floyd.......i mean you wouldnt stand in a field all day to watch the likes of Cliff Richard and Status Quo for any other reason!!! lmao

  • @deanov72 nout wrong with the quo, but i agree with you when it comes to cliff richard

  • David Gilmour! Woot Woot! Nick Mason! Woot Woot! Richard Wright! Woot Woot! Roger Waters! Woot Woot! Syd Barrett! Woot Woot!

    Michael Bolton not so woot...

  • some good shit

  • i got 3pts and a 60£ fine coz i did'nt see the sneaky bastards and i had this blasting in the car @ the time....

  • The whole song is awsome but the first two minutes are probably the best moment in music history...this is definitely the best version of this song, much better than Pulse and a few points ahead Delicate Sound of Thunder.

  • They also played 'Money' at this concert aswell...

  • I like how Dave and Guy Pratt sing in this song.... better than studio version but it jsut my opinion

  • @ringoflo123 No way.

  • Surely in the context of the original album this song is about ethnic cleansing

  • lol it is

  • Guy Prattt: PINK FLOYD!!!!

  • Gilmour rocks in this concert.

  • Gimour rocks in every concert.

  • gilmour i love you

  • the show looks great

  • Knebworth looks so much better when Pink Floyd are playing :)

  • only way to see it is to d/l the whole knebworth 1990 DVD (like 4-5 gigs) lol some1 neds to rip and upload it

  • pirate bay, but im still looking for knebworth 1990 great gig in the sky on YT, it has the original singer in it....

  • I have this performance on VHS. The set list includes 5 songs

    Shine on

    Sorrow

    WYWH

    Comfortably Numb

    Run Like Hell

The DVD only contains 2 of those songs, from what I hear. I know that in reality they performed more then just those 5, any Idea on how I can hear any of those extra songs?.

  • ya actually they performed 7 songs! heres the correct list of knebworth concert 30/june/1990:

1- Shine On you crazy diamond

    2-Great gig in the sky

    3-wish you were here

    4-Sorrow

    5-Money

    6-Comfortably numb

    7-Run like hell

  • And a benign one

  • see the solo albuns of Waters, so poor, im glad that he left the band in 1983

  • I think there are a few references to Syd on the Wish You Were Here album too.Somwhere in the songs Wish You Were Here and Shine On You Crazy Diamond which were written about Gilmour.Wish You Were Here was written about David? He was already there. Why would he help write a song about himself not being in the group anymore when he was in the studio with the same group writing the music to the song about himself not being in the group anymore?Do any of you idiots even think before you start typing?

  • any idea y they broke up? i kno it had somthing to do with writing songs about syd or gilmour

  • dosent get any better than this...PINK FLOYD WE LOVE YOU...

  • My God, It looks like his Telecaster comes fromanother planet !

  • +RIP+ Rick Wright 1945-2008

  • After a morning in the pouring rain and an afternoon underneath the wheelchair accessible stands smoking weed..... I sat on the 15ft high concrete wall at the back of the arena with my mate Rob Livesey, and watched the Pink Floyd light show explode right into my face. What an amazing day of truly amazing artists. Rob... where are you now?

  • @onesprint : I was there too, next too the wheelchair podium, PF gig on the podium. Yes, rain already at the beginning with Tears for Fears, and then again with PF. Windy the whole day. But it was great.

  • Well Floyd wasn't the only band there, also Robert Plant and Pagey, and Paul Mcartney. I have seen them all before, but they are just the caliber of entertainers you can see time and time again.

  • Super und unvergessen

  • If i had a left nut, id have given it to be there, but ah hell Im just a damned ole girl, lol. But Ive seen um all back in the day, you're not worthy of the rock n roll queen rofl, j/k.

  • "If i had a left nut, id have given it to be there"

Really!!! They only played 7 songs, their projection screen was rendered useless when it was torn by the wind and rain, and you had to sit (well stand) through among other things Tears For Fears, Eric Clapton, Cliff Richard, and worst of all Phil Collins doing a f***ing Blues Brothers medley before they came on.

Ontop on that, no Syd or Waters, which is the equivelant of Queen without Freddie...

  • Beautiful.

  • this is one cool fuckin song............

  • That was a legendary performance.

  • Wish I was there. Hate to miss Genesis in full throttle.

  • I am grateful to say I was there, and a great gig it was!

  • id love to have been there, but was 6 days old

  • Every time I see a Pink Floyd concert video I want to call an old friend who bought his groomsmen Floyd tickets the weekend of his bachelor party and say "Thank you". It was the Division Bell tour, documented on the Pulse dvd. If I had never seen them live, these videos would be too painful to watch.

  • Thank you thank you. I have this on a dusty LP, but have no record player! It was great to hear this version again. FAB

  • I listened to this gig on the radio that day and, 18 years on, I see that it has not lost an onuce of its greatness. Thank you for posting it.

  • I also remember listening to this live on the radio as well. I was growing up in the US and with the time zones this was on in the middle of the afternoon as my mother was trying to get me to cut the lawn or something outside. haha! I actually stuck a tape in and recorded PF's set while I was outside. I found that cassette today while cleaning some stuff out and then came to see if anyone had the video. Thanks to carrasclost for posting this!!!

  • it's funny cause rogerwaters was playing this the same year in Berlin.

  • There's the point, mate.

They did this to separate more each other

  • how do you know that mate? :)

  • wow me the first one to comment on this great vid........ thanks carrasclost for postin this one n also if u have other songs tat they played at this gig then do post it
