I honestly can say that I noticed two of the four color changes, excluding the cards. I noticed Sarah's shirt color change and I could hear the wall cloth being removed & noticed the background change, but I still missed Richard's shirt & the table cloth's color changes. Dang! Now, what's with the sitting gorilla? I was waiting for it to walk around the room.... LOL!

I guess you just concentrate so much on the cards that you don't care about the surroundings..don't think it has anything to do with being smart but observant. Also, every time the background colour changes the camera doesn't show it (for obvious reasons) - I can't always remember what colour jumper people are wearing because it's insignificant when all they tell you that the video is about a card trick :-)
