Let me preface, this isn't about your you. I am only talking about the remake. The image is of a someone who should be called Nailhead. Pins and nails are quite different. Secondly, having Pinhead like a disfigured mess plucked from Thirteen Ghosts takes away from the juxtaposition of Pinhead and the Cenobites. This was a project done by SFX guy Gary Tuncliffe (Make Up fella for the Hellraiser movies since HR3) when he heard about the HR remake. It is NOT official. He's hoping to get the job on the remake of designing the effects make up and this was his proposal. Check out "Project: Angel" for the full video blog he posted on YouTube. Again, this is NOT the new Pinhead, but an idea from the guy who does the make up for the movies.

I think a remake would be awesome to bring the series up to date. But based on the lame sequels, my confidence in the film makers is very low. However, like the poster below says, I won't knock it until I see it. If done right, it has the potential to be an awesome film, even epic. If done like the latter sequels, however, it will suck. I like the new design. Its more realistic in a sense. Sure i love the original design, and i wouldnt have had problems keeping it, but this one looks raw and not so precise and staged as the original design. But, the white robe looks terrible. Id go for the original black robe.
