the only thing that takes an elapsed amount of time, is switching the weights, which you DO NOT NEED TO DO TO MAKE UFOs.

All you have to do, is pop an endball's pin, take off that end ball, the middle ball, replace the middle ball with a V-max ball, place your plus ball back on, pop the pin back in and youre done;its not as time consuming, if ur not that picky
