Hi Everybody, its been just a little over a year now since the surgery. My breathing has been really good. I do use a a Netty kettle to clean my nose every now then to make sure the surgery wasn't a waste. Basically just flushing/cleaning the nose with salt and baking soda water mixed together. I'm suppose to use it daily but im not consistent. Hope this helps anyone doing the surgery. Jeff

i think i have a deviated sepyum i have a bone sticking out in one nostril is tis the cause ? cheers

I had mine over 2 years ago and I remember a burning when I got the anastsea

and the worst part was the scab removal every other day at the doctor . I lost all of my smell never came back and I ended up with a hole in the center of my nose.
