We all know 'The Resistance' wasn't the best album for Muse high standarts. But you can't consider them past their prime... 'The Resistance' just wasn't as good as the other albums, but it's still a damn fine album, compared to almost all the other bands outputs...

@beastmry Uprising and Resistance are THE worst songs on the resistance. Unnatural Selection and MK Ultra are just as good as stockholm syndrome and muscle museum. Black Holes and Revelations is still recent because they still play that album. So knights of cydonia, map of the problamatique, supermassive black hole, and invincible are all fucking amazing.

@steeldrum66 Cheers, no problem.....I'd really like to use an in-ear for drums, bass and back vocals myself (Im playing guitar and singing + sometimes piano in certain songs - but I'm not trying to copy Matt :D ) so to hear the band perfectly and be on the beat anywhere on the stage, 'cause I can hear my guitar really well from the amplifier itself...But the problem is that these things are reeeeally expensive - well the good ones - and there's no point in risking some cheap stuff...

@steeldrum66 No it's just an in-ear monitoring system - so he can hear the band as well his singing and guitar...for him it's essential because he moves on the stage a lot....other musicians likes normal monitors more (the boxes on the stage in front of them) but from my own experience (as a musician myself) you hear yourself from them usually badly + you can't move on the stage because you won't hear yourself - but thats for small clubs (1 for each musician) - big bands have them everywhere...

Green Day are a band who banter with the crowd and get them up on stage (thanks to Captain Charisma Billie Joe), with a lot of fireworks, and of course, top notch music to jump around to. Muse are very in-your-face with their heavy riffs and talent, and you notice that they don't talk much to the crowd as they are generally rather shy people - they let their music do the talking.
