Ok I understand why they didn't say "Three Headed Monkey." It is because they had the actor in the monkey suit walk in the background and he, of course, could only have one head.

Good play, cleverly done, but I wish they had kept the 'three headed monkey' as it was truly funny. "Look behind you, a monkey" doesn't have the same hilarity to it.

Yeah, they could've made the three-headed monkey a good skit by having Guybrush say it a lot & then it showing up in the cannibal scene like in the game. Would've made a good joke. Either way, they should've kept the line the same.
