As per Quran Man and Woman can give Divorce each other but only thru court. If a man divorce by just tongue to her wife or wife to husband one time 3 time or even over 100 times, there will be no any Divorce, unless Islamic court decides it, as court decides for adultry and theft. Divorce is ESSENTIALLY in 3 steps with Peroid of IDDA, Who give 3 divorces at once is Bloody stupid transgressor and such divorce is void
Mr Ghamidi is a special gift to the mostly ignorant people of IndoPak from Allah Al-Haadi. They should benefit from his knowledge. I am sorry to say that over 99% so called scholars are imposters & well skilled in twisting the truth to justify their sectarian unsound believes, Even they do not feel any shame to twist verses of Quran to justify their fables. Ghamidi is 100rds time better than Moudoodi, Tahir Qadri, Naik, Israr, Mohd Shaikh & other countless imposters call themselves Scholars
