This phone is complete garbage. The phone was programmed with features but cannot use them. Touch pad sucked, call quality is crappy and it cant even recieve pics. A phone that costs this much should have had a full keyboard. Texting on this thing was a pain in the azz. I found myself hitting the delete key more than letters. The cons of the phone is hardly worth the price of it, to be honest. It takes a really long time to turn on, and even though the lady said it's quick to respond, in actuality, it's not. Especially compared to a smart phone. The size of the phone isn't a problem generally, but since it slides down, you'd assume that it'd have a keyboard, but it doesn't. The QWERTY mode it can switch to is still nice. As others said, the phone can freeze and glitch. Cheaper phones can do better.

I bought this phone, and regret it. It seems flashy ~ but it doesn't do even basic cell phone features. It has a LOT of software issues. No picture texting, display is always on and illuminated when plugged in, no headphone or other jacks. If you want to listen to music you have to buy bluetooth headphones. I have some vids on my Evoke phone.

cricket is trying to compete with the other companies. I think they should fix the keypad and add more apps. I have tmobile and im getting the Mytouch 3g. Thats way better than this phone.
