@dragon987000 First off, it's not camping. Snipers are SUPPOSED to go there and stay there... (Even in Team Fortress Classic) This part of the map was MADE for the sniper. You can go and attack as a sniper, meaning going into the enemy base but that destroys the main idea of a sniper class on this map...

@Deprayer97 Aim for the head. Look down the sight long enough to get ur crit bonus. keep moving. never stay in one spot for too long. I was in the same area but I constantly kept moving back and forth so they couldn't get a good shot on me. hope it helps!

Another good thing to remember is that it's best to, like he said, stay mobile, but also to make a lot of quickscopopes.

And there's one other thing you should remember, something that a lot of even the best snipers don't even realize they're doing, and that's to clear your mind, and get really calm, to the point of feeling a bit of fuzz in your brain. Also, bodyshots are okay if you thin it's be a better move. ALso, strafing in scope is good for steady aiming. Also, use bushwaka

Also, it's better to put your scope where your enemy is going to be, and instead of moving your scope toward them, wait for them to walk into your crosshair. Also, if you're going against an enemy sniper, they're usually be inexperienced and be scoping really long to charge it up for a bodyshot, if they're using sydney sleeper or machina, there's no doubt of this, if they're using bazaar bargain, you should take the first shot. Relocating is also a useful tactic.

How do you know when you kill someone?

@IcePapayaMs find servers that are close to you. ping should be at least under 100. even better if its under 50. if you get ping thats over 100, etc. that means the server location is waaay to far away. and my pc is also a gaming pc.

@IcePapayaMs When you go to select a game in "Browse Servers", on the far right is a column called Latency. That's the ping basically. The higher the number, the farther away you are from the server location. And when you're in-game and you press TAB, your ping will be the number on the far right next to your name. This is one of different ways of reducing lag. Others are getting better pc parts, etc.

Second, why would you shoot them 3 to 4 times while trying to quickscope when you can kill them in one shot kills when the charge is a 100%. And finally, this is 2fort. Snipers always go on the battlements. It's a sniping spot. It's known by everyone.You really cant camp in tf2. People dont stay in corners, maybe the same areas but thats how you play.
