And you do realize that by agreeing to attach ads to your videos (which you do have to approve first) you are drawing attention to the fact that you are posting content that does not belong to you?? It is possible to opt out of posting ads on videos, and youtube will (and already does) find other places to put ads without directly placing them in videos.
