Everyone has their opinion, but there is not a more beautiful definition of class, poise, and beauty than Linda Ronstadt. With that, and again with all due respect (what little I can dig up) I hope that I never meet the "shortstop", and hear that comment come from this person. No threat, just a fact.

Yeah, Ry brought some sense of honesty to the performance ..damn, his focus and passion shone through big time...it was almost like he just decided that he was going to single-handedly make a real song out of this triage. Randy was obviously a phony..always was one, Linda actually performs terrifically..as she always did and can't help but perform utmost..Ry makes it believable.Love Linda, Randy...begone.

So nobody thinks it's a trifle ironic when Linda sings, "I have been a desperado, raped and pillaged cross the plains?" I've always liked this song but I think Randy's irony is often overlooked while his musicianship is admired.
