Step 7 is flawed- there isn't a perfect 'line' the alignment is slightly arched as the cervical vertibrae is already in extension. This will create 'varied' alignment to the body depending on each persons anatomical make up.
That would make sense. Being 11 you have a much lighter body weight and if you regularly do yoga you are probably much more flexible than people who are older. It's always good to start young.

i can do that against a bed its really easy :)
you need to lay on the bed with your stomach and legs and only hang down so your elbows are touchng the ground and then lift your legs :)
