My "so called" overpayments have been going on for 7 years now. A long story but they said I owed them £1,455.00. They wrote down my daughter's leaving date of leaving school a year too early. (I was also claiming for my son at that point too). Finally, Justice was done. They saw their errors of their ways and apologised to me and paid the money back into my account. Low and Behold, last week I got a letter from them saying I owed them £987.75. I have absolutely no idea what that is all about.

John, This is a very good job. Hope the TCC Campaign group is happy with it. I think a punt to the Community Channel is well worth is with a rider that they geta ministerial/official response to it.
