When you're in a Helicopter the Cops know where you are but when you jump can't find you so the Sight Circle don't follow you when you're falling Mid-Forward and Downwards because the Game "Reads" that you're on foot. Also if you know how to get under Liberty City and go with a Helicopter under where you fall you'll see that there's no ground to hit it and die! Simple huh?

Great song, but this is no glitch... If you drive a truck into the pond, you will be able to stand on top of it. If you try driving a truck into the ocean, it will sink because the water is much deeper and that is why you didn't die when you hit the water in the ocean...
