As I was laughing my ass off watching this scene a few years ago I sadly realized all my answers were the same as Georges. In a strange twist this little comedy scene actually changed my life and got me off my ass to start "living". I still laugh my ass off when I see it though.
"Up here, I'm already gone." must be the best line in any Seinfeld. This is my favorite scene of any Seinfeld. How does a mere mortal think up lines like these? The writers must be gods.
I remember a scene in the Walt Disney movie "WALL.E", early on, in which WALL.E looks up at the stars. I thought "Do you yearn, George? (ie. WALL.E)" .

Seinfeld is hands down the best comedy show ever. Nothing has been or will ever be even remotely brilliant as this.

The rare George and Kramer scenes are the best, probably because they're so opposite, and probably would never be friends if it wasn't for Jerry.

"Often, I... I sit... and yearn..."
lol I love how "yearn" sounds so much like "urine." That can't be a coincidence.
Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld are amazing writers.
