noo. longer. u dont hold it out for "counts". im good at frappes, turns, petite allegro and stuff and i do out 1,2,3,4 in for like a half count, and then out for another 4 counts. so basically itslike "and 1 hold 2 hold 3 hold 4, and out 1 hold 2 hold 3 hold 4"
thats cuz theyre supposed to have a sense of masculinity but still be rly graceful at the same time. idk about u but i woudlnt want to see a guy dancing like a ballerina unless its a comedy xP

I really have respect for this guy and ballet, I think it is superawesome if guys do ballet, but who invated that they have to look like penguins.
Because everytime I see that white/black/white outfit, I think of Antartica or fancy restaurants,..

hmm i learned that you are supposed to hold your foot wrapped for as long as you hold it out (like out 1,2 in 3,4 out 5,6 in 7,8)
