Yeah, my first meal with my cookware I cooked the last of my left over chicken (I mass cook so I'll only have to reheat for the next several days) I tasted that delicious flavor of broccoli (thought I didn't like it for several years but when I reluctantly had some at someone's house I remembered how good it was and realized it was frozen--and probably freezer-burned--broccoli I didn't like) and remember thinking when I took that first bite of chicken, "Oh, did I cook it in wine this time??"
