The US constitution is ambiguous on the topic, but the men who wrote the US constitution were secessionists since they seceded from Great Britain.

If the federal government were following the constitution at all, then I would have no problem with them. The fact is that the Constitution is openly violated and no longer has the force of law. It's time for a new Declaration of Independence!
