Great information! I have a question, does an assistant for an investor fall under the same guidelines as an assistant for a real estate agent? I was able to find restrictions for what a VA can/can't do for an agent depending on the state, but can't seem to find antything for an investor.....thanks!

Yantram For a great many people the term 'Virtual Assistance' is Greek and Latin! Those who have never used the services of a Virtual Assistant do not know what this is about. People are still accustomed to the old-fashioned and traditional way of working with an office set-up. The assistant egresses the office each morning and answers telephone calls, prepares coffee, goes through mail, and is useful in more ways than one.
