@threex1 I'm Aztec of ESW...I bench press over 225 lbs...I don't think I need to worry about upper body strength...and as for my fellow wrestlers trust me they are strong as well and have upper body strength. Do a little bit more Research before you say something, you don't want it to get you into trouble.
