Some of these comments are infantile. People have nothing better to do than to criticize...it's sickening really. The lady did a nice job. The people on her judgement panel actually don't realize that they have three fingers pointing right back at them... it's all about them and their critical spirits say far more of them than they do this dear lady at all. Infants, just baby infants. I'd set this site up so I could approve/disapprove infantile comments. Good vid.
i'm sorry to say but i've watched a few of your videos now and its quite shocking, your knife skills are awful and alot of your tips are not time consuming at all, i know most of your video descriptions says 'basic' but seriously your video's are amateur and shouldn't be posted unless there actually useful for people who do want to learn REAL cookery.
@erikavant fair enough, how ever there is a difference when someone is doing for fun, or actually trying to educate people, and since this person has their own website and what not, my opinion is i don't think it educational uploading vids like this.
Great videos, but I reccomend washing your produce before cutting it. That way you don't drag unwanted microbes into the actual tissue of your food. And that's one to grow on.
I was never really that into cabbage except for cole slaw. My mom used to make cabbage and polish sausage when I was a kid but I just never thought about making it. We're having it steamed tonight with our dinner and I was looking for any tips I could get and this is perfect, thanks.
Thank you sooo much Dani for this video especially the cutting technique! Love all your recipes! You are a great cook and so fun to watch! I'll be tuned for your new entries!
Cabbage is a great food! I chop it thinly and cook it at high heat in a wok containing olive oil. I also add sliced onion, curry and mustard seed. A Little bit of salt and pepper and I've made one of my favorite foods!
i always wash them be4 i chop them up, easier to manage and i don think they have to be washed leaf by leaf right? since they have outer layer to cover them
