this is for the non believers all this YOU ARE witnessing is in the HOLY BIBLE this is the coming of the times you never seen a act like this in your life WAKE UP MY BROS AND SIS
I say let us proceed with plans to engage our national enemies so that we may live to debate the constititionality of our actions as opposed to responding to damage control inflicted upon us by a known enemy of freedom.
@AschersOil yah that would be cool and all.... if we were actually "free". Look up "maritime admiralty law" and "meet your strawman" on youtube... along with anything about the NWO or the illuminati... or about the truth about the war on terrorism and September 11th... Or US Corporation. You may already know about these things, idk, but if not then its defenitely interesting to look into.
The people of this country won,t do anything about this executive order, because if it doesn't affect them personally they don,t care ..sad but true ..Maybe if a few of our neighbors start disappearing in every neighborhood in the country, maybe we will make a stand .and say enough is enough . which should have been done when the patriot act was passed . some day all the citizens of this country will grow some balls, and put Gov. back in its Constitutional place . protecting our Liberty .
There's a reason most right-wingers aren't going berserk over this, only those interested in Constitutional law -- and the reason is simple -- the next Republican president will just take those new found powers AND EXTEND THEM! That's what each of the last few administrations has done, no matter what party they were, So from now on, every time we get new legislation, like FISA or the PATRIOT act, it's OUR RIGHTS that are being taken, one by one.
"When the president can kill whoever he wants then he's not a president anymore, he's a king." Summed up a 15 minute video in the first ten seconds. Bloody fucking oath.
Also he is saying that it is "dangerous", not wrong, At some date xxxx later some EVIL personality will have the capacity to abuse this power, He says its "dangerous and we have to be careful". ron paul is too weak to combat terrorism, so america will not be safe under president ron paul
It doesn't mean whatever you want it to mean, the guy is a terrorist and if you dont just up and kill him and soon, just imagine how many real americans will have to die, then all we will hear about is how inadequate Pres. Obama is, he cant even kill one terrorist and we KNEW he was.ron paul is too weak to combat terrorism, so america will not be safe under president ron paul
One million bikers to dc. We need to circle congressional offices and the W>H> and the Pentagon 24 hours a day until they listen to WE THE PEOPLE. Take your baffles out and LETS ROLL.
Thomas Jefferson wrote; . A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
@Deist1965 We ultimately have the power and our people have forgotten it public schools have made subjects out of all americans. I'm just glad we still have our guns that is the only reason the state hasn't gone completely crazy.
The silence from the left on this issue just shows how immoral, hypocritical and clueless they are. This is one step further than Cheney/Bush and yet they have nothing to say. When one of my friends does something morally reprehensible, I call them on it. Not calling Obama on this is not "supporting" him, it's being a sycophant! The sad thing is he's screwed everyone one of you over too. You're like abused women who don't leave! SICKENING!
SO funny how you all thing its SO easy to go in an just CAPTURE a terrorist and bring him to justice!! UMM it's not that easy and if we can send in a drone to do the job and save my LIFE and MY ENTIRE BATTALION, DO IT!! It's what we build them for people, So people like me dont have to put my life directly on the line bringing a terrorist to justice. IF you can get past the 50 armed gunmen without loosing ONE SOLDIER, PLEASE CALL ANY MILITARY BRANCH AND SHARE THAT INFO WITH US. Good luck!!
Don't forget Ruby Ridge and Waco. Remember what happened there especially Waco ? when they said that they did NOT have boots on the ground there ? well, they did. Everyone calls them Delta Force, but in actuality, it's called Combat Applications Group. (the president's own private Army).
Patrick Henry said it best on June 7, 1788 at his speech to the House of Burgesses: “Besides the expenses of maintaining the Senate and other House in as much splendor as they please, there is to be a great and mighty President, with very extensive powers: the powers of a King.”
My concern is not just about one president or another, Obama, or Bush. It's do we want "any" president to have this power to kill an American for free speech or any other reason? youtube .com/watch?v=vh9ZrJEHXEQ (take out spaces)
U.S. can now assassinate any citizen deemed a threat. See the Homeland Security document titled Intelligence and Analysis Assessment of RIghtwing Extremism
@chavezmarquez8 if he was a terrorist worthy of making an executive list to kill, why did this administration not place ONE single charge against him? Why did they not renounce his citizenship first? Certainly they could have found one charge? But no, that isn't what this was about. Obama wanted to establish a precedent that he could kill at will and the gullible GOP cheer him in doing so. How gullible and naive.
@GAPeachWoman The guy is associated with Al qaeda. Definition of Al-Qaeda: is a global broad-based militant Islamist terrorist organization founded by Osama bin Laden. NOW, why else would a white American feel the need to join our ENEMIES, LADY????? We may not have a record of anything the guy has done, but being a part of a Gang as Al qaeda, he's obviously not up to any good.
On another note, you're telling me you would have no problem living next door to this terrorist??
@chavezmarquez8 Take this issue seriously. This Democracy Now video is a good summary of facts, and is not just what you are told to believe by the president, for any doubters: youtube .com/watch?v=vh9ZrJEHXEQ (take out spaces)
@js7un I don't listen ANYTHING i'm told by the media. I do my own research. I'm writing a television show based on all the issues that this country is facing and ALL the political leaders who have put us here today. STARTING with BUSH. As I said before, I could care less about the recent killing of a WHITE TERRORIST who is affiliated with Al qaeda. As far as I'm concerned, Obama has done an AMAZING job in just under 3 years of his 4 years. I know a lot don't agree & those are ignorant.
@chavezmarquez8 The vocabulary you select defines the scope of your thinking. You say it's about a white terrorist, I say it's about an American citizen. Accepting different terms results in different perceptions and conclusions.
@js7un You're right, fuck you, how that for vocabulary? Being in the Marines for 7 tours now, home now for being shot in the leg from YOUR'S TRUELY(AL-Qaeda) for you FUCKING FREEDOM. If I had seen the guy there, hiding in the sand, I WOULD HAVE SHOT HIS FACE OFF ANY WAY!! AND SMILED RIGHT AFTER.
@chavezmarquez8 I'm glad for soldiers like you who are willing to go fight wars to defend America. It's not for you to question your orders, I'm not questioning you. I'm questioning your leaders, and I'm against sending those same troops to fight in any unjust or illegal wars, that's not cool. What if they change the mission to something that we shouldn't do? I question what they tell you about the enemy. What if the sand the guy is lying in is his sand?
@js7un Should we be in Iraq at this point? No, I don't think we should be. Should we be over there at all at this point. NO. But as an example, a person who is being tried, FACTS are what set people free. We have HARD FACTS, to prove this man was affiliated with Al qaeda and helping wage a war against us. Hence, why he was placed on kill list. The US doesn't plan out random acts of war against innocent white men living in Iraq, UNLESS reason to kill. He gave us plenty of hard evidence.
@chavezmarquez8 my friend what are you going to do wen they come for your son they did it allover the world my friend this way of thinking it's over the good will rice have a good day........
@chavezmarquez8 that is where Amendment V and the Separation of Powers enters in at. regardless of any hard evidence that one has, it still goes through the trial process, Let's not forget what James Madison argued in the Federalist Papers (No. 51), "Ambition must be made to counteract ambition." Clearly, our system of separated powers is not designed to maximize efficiency; it is designed to maximize freedom. "
@sr71ablackbird So we should've spent an additional $100 million dollars on a mission, to send in-up to 350 troops (Marines or Seals) to go in and "Capture," this guy? Meanwhile we loose an additional 17 troops in the process?? hym OR-Send in an UNMANNED drone and call it day for a meer $200,000 in tax payer money. Sound like he made an executive decision to me. I would've done the same. Hope he enjoyed his dinner at the CIA. BTW,we brought him in to find out what his intentions were.
@chavezmarquez8 all i can say is being a member of the Armed Services, is that you vowed an oath and affirmation to The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution of the United States, The Bill of Rights, The Federalist Papers and the United States Supreme Court Case of William Marbury vs. James Madison. You should know those frontwards, backwards, up, down, right, left, inverse and obverse for those are VERY critical decisions in those.
@sr71ablackbird Only thing that comes to mind is, We do not negotiate with terrorist, foreign or DOMESTIC. Just as well, terrorist are usually wanted dead or alive, again, foreign or domestic. Had I been over there on my last tour (7th) and found him, naturally, he has armed body guards, so the scene would probably not been so clean. It's either me or them, and well fuck you very much, it's going to be him and his bodyguards. You may have fought in Vienam, but this shit is a different monster.
@chavezmarquez8 don't count on it pal, charlie was a whole different game all together punji sticks, geurella warfare, etc and fuck you very much also !!! i can guarantee you this much you start pulling shit like that on the american people, you are going to be in for one hell of a fight and shit out of luck against 70 Million + weapons and sidearms owners of which just happen to be mostly other veterans as well.
@sr71ablackbird let me introduce you to modern day warfare 101: COST, not 70's chump change and it cost us10's of thousands American soldiers lives because of poor planning of Vietnam. Todays cost are more than double. Pilots have to transport these 300 troops plus supplies,Transporters cost from $1500-3000 an hr to operate, need men to set up base, 50 men, 25-50 soldiers that are to go in, 200 on standby nearby, backup. include the salary of every personnel/plus artillery & fuel =$100,000,000
@sr71ablackbird Punji sticks, geurella warfare? We're dealing with a lot more than that today. I've been fortunate to walk away after 11 years in with a broken back, liver transplant, broken ankle, shattered leg by bullet wound, and broken rib,3 diff RPG attacks. How? By going after terrorist like this white monkey, it's either me or them and it's sure as hell not going to be me. Mind you, I died during liver transplant surgery, they brought me back. I was fortunate, my friends were not.
@chavezmarquez8 not so much, as i said, compare the two, where you had IEDs (where my school mate was killed by one) back then they had what were called `bouncing betty' mines, ya stepped on it, it blew your lower part off, nuts, pecker & all. Hell, i damn near bled to death in my driveway, so i'm not afraid of dying either. It's inevitable, that is one fact of life NO ONE is going to escape.
@chavezmarquez8 if you look at it today, and what it was during Nam and neighboring countries such as camboida, laos, and others, it's not all that different, during that time, they also used children to put bombs on, they also were also exposed to mutagens for them it was Agent Orange (from which my cousin still suffers from to this day, which is down his back, the back of his legs and the bottom of his feet) - they used it to kill rice paddies. in your time, it's d.u. with 4+billion yr h-l.
@sr71ablackbird as I put up my peace fingers up and say "I am NOT a crook."haha. It's pretty common to have a women have a bomb strapped to her chest and her baby on her back, then run as close to us as she can - and blow herself and her baby up. Yeah, these are the things Terrorist known TODAY as Al qaeda do. The one and only ruthless terrorist group who your guy Anwar al-Awlaki has been assisting, participating with and mentoring on how to hurt us.
@chavezmarquez8 in a sense, you are right about a `different monster' as one would call it, Vietnam was a country, and terror is a tactic, that there is the difference, one is NEVER going to win a war on a tactic. Any veteran should know that. (most do, but they find it out the hard way).
In my eyes, they can send in a drone and save the lives of my battalion and my own life. BY ALL FUCKING MEANS YOU KNOWING ASSHOLE. YOU think it[s so fucking easy to just CAPTURE someone in a foreign country? Be my guest/hero and show us all how's its done.. OH and good luck bring in a wanted terrorist who is heavily armed.
@chavezmarquez8 KNOWING ASSHOLE, interesting pick of words there. and you of all should know as well as i do, that one does NOT just go in & get them, that would be a suicide mission itself. one would need a plan and current intel, inside operatives to observe their repetitive practices, and what their habits are on a time table.
@chavezmarquez8 Not to mention the historical facts that precede these events, that the wars that we are currently in is nothing are nothing more that a chess game being played for corporate interests. Neither of these so-called 'wars' were NEVER DECLARED BY CONGRESS, which makes them unlawful and unjustified wars not to mention that there is supposed to be a trans-Arabian oil pipeline to be built..
@chavezmarquez8 for a little history, try 2 companies and 1 name, Arbusto Oil, Harken Energy, and James R. Bath. So, tell me how in hell does it take $100 million dollars and so many to pull off an op such as that? It does NOT cost that much and if it takes that many to get to him, you would have a hell of a hard time with 4 ex green-berets which could have done that for far lower cost !!!
@chavezmarquez8 Executive Decisions are unconstitutional to begin with, not only is it every soldiers' duty to question those orders it's also their duty to report those orders to Congress as well. I know what it's like to have someone killed over there, a school-mate of mine was killed over there by an IED even he had his questions about it from the very start before the current joker was in office.
@chavezmarquez8 I guess a church service would be a gang with your thinking, and youre right. Lets just kill them because "they obviously not up to any good". If this was the case, our leaders have missed a few more assassinations among themselves. Obama ISNT A KING, hes a president, and he has NO right to kill whom ever he wants! WAKE UP SHEEPLE!
@CyndiHuny Lady, I don't know where you got "king" from. I'm not sure who the hell is calling Obama King aside from you confused ignorant people. I said this to someone else: Being in the Marines for 7 tours now, home now for being shot in the leg from YOUR'S TRUELY(AL-Qaeda) for you FUCKING FREEDOM. If I had seen the guy there, hiding in the sand, I WOULD HAVE SHOT HIS FACE OFF ANY WAY!! AND SMILED RIGHT AFTER. An enemy is an ENEMY, and when you're caught sitting with the enemy, you're dead
@chavezmarquez8 The funny thing (as in crazy) is that if you were born over there in Afghanistan, or Yemen, or anywhere else, I am 100% certain you would believe the same thing they do and you would be doing the same thing as your enemy. Consider that. It's the same case for everyone who grows up anywhere, including loud mouthed radio hosts and their listeners, beliefs are a product of birth mostly formatively.
@js7un the only difference between Muslims and Al qaeda Muslims is: One prays to God for a good - happy life. While Al qaeda Muslims raise and brainwash their children to believe in God, in addition to also teaching that the Americans life style is a sin and should be killed soley for they way we choose to live. Remember, there are always good Christians, then Christian extremist. No one has a choice who they are born to. Most Muslims do not wish us harm, Al qaeda is another story.
@chavezmarquez8 let's also not forget who funded Al qaeda (which is nothing more than a name for a database where members of a group what was called the mujaheddin that were enlisted back during late 70s to help get the Russians out of Afghanistan). They were funded by our CIA. Not to mention the fact that they had invited that Awlaki guy to the pentagon after 9-11
In July 2010, a Seattle cartoonist was warned by the FBI of a death threat issued by al-Awlaki in the al-Qaeda magazine Inspire. Eight other cartoonists, journalists, and writers from Britain, Sweden and Holland were also threatened with death. "The prophet is the pinnacle of Jihad", al-Awlaki wrote. "It is better to support the prophet by attacking those who slander him than it is to travel to land of Jihad like Iraq or Afghanistan."
This is wrong. Look at obama; hes some ROLEMODEL himself. He cant even prove where he was born, no one knows him, he puts down america, he bows down to foreign leaders, he has leglislation passed the senators have not even read. Who is Obama? Is he a Plant. Is he an Alien? All I know is hes he is not an american in the way he behaves and he has not right to do this. There may be people I dont like, but I dont hate anyone , and woiuldnt kill anyone. I wonder how obama sleeps at night.!!!

Ron Paul & his ilk are traitors, liars & fools. President Obama is doing exactly what the republicans should have done but could not manage. Line up the terrorists, knock them off, move on to the next monster.
The government thinks they can sidestep the law and do what they want. That have become destructive of our rights and it's time to abolish the government. They tell us we don't have a right to declare independence from them, but that's not within their authority that WE granted them . The Constitution doesn't specifically grant the them the authority to decide weather or not we can dissolve them. And powers not granted to the government are left up to the states and people, 10th amendment.
The judge asks the question at 7:55; I'm paraphrasing "why aren't people more outraged at the President's assassination of Al Alawki?". The answer is quite simple.
BECAUSE THE PROPAGANDA HAS SUCCEEDED
The vast majority of U.S. citizens have successfully been conditioned into the belief that any man with a long beard and a turban is dangerous and a threat to our security. Al Alawki was a threat to the U.S. government not U.S. citizens. We may never know why. He's conveniently dead.
sr71ablackbird ,Take your Amendments, Bill of Rights and go over to Afghanistan and Pakistan in the mountains with Taliban and Al Qaeda fighters and read that to them when they're firing at you and see how powerful the Bill of Rights is. I suppose the President was wrong for taking down Osama Bin Laden as well by your logic.. Wars aren't fought with words. They are fought with guns, tactics and bombs and determination. Now take your copy of the Bill of Rights and wipe you azz with it!

Regardless of what you think about this act, the hilarious thing is that if Obama HADN'T killed this guy, these same talking heads would be calling him soft on terrorism.
1. Abolish the Fed Reserve and bring back "lawful" money NOT" legal tender"
2. Abolish District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 that created the corporate UNITED STATES.
3. Reform law so ADMIRALTY IS NOT THE PRESUMED JURISDICTION ON LAND. COMMON LAW MUST BE RESTORED! The corporate government uses contract law(thats why they always NEED your signature) to enforce their admiralty jurisdiction to ENSLAVE YOU ECONOMICALLY! "If you don't know your rights, you have NONE"
In 1871 an act was passed called the District of Columbia Organic Act. This created a corporate governance known as "United States". This is a CORPORATION. If you go google the Declaration of Independence and read the opening line it is written "united States"(notice the lowercase "u", this denoted our original REPUBLIC. We are not a democracy, that is a corporate tool. Our corporate govt is the remnance of the BRITISH EAST INDIA COMPANY created in 1600. They dissolved completely in 1874!!!!!!
The problem with this crap is that they justify it by saying "we can do this because we are at war" Well the problem is WE'RE NOT AT WAR! We haven't been at war since WWII. This is unconstitutional, along with The Federal Reserve, the money issued by the Reserve, and income tax among a bunch of other things.
I HOPE SOMEBODY IN AMERICA HAS THE BALLS TO KILL THE PRES. CUZ HE DEF. NEEDS TO BE JUS LIKE HOW KENNEDY DID NOT DESERVE TO BE KILLED. AND I STAY BY MY OPINION FUCKK WHAT THE GOV. THINKS THEY CAN KISS MY ALL AMERICAN MUSLIM HATING WHITE FUCKING ASS!
this is what happens when you so many stupid frakin people are blinded and lured into voting for that damn nigger we call president. if hes really callin shots out on people than im not gonna give a fuck about the bear arms law im gonna get me a gun anyways and shoot ANYBODY who tries to fuck with me! FUCK this country and fuck its federal and racist bastards
saintle what are you talking about. occupation is the problem! paul addresses this problem.study blow back.would we like it if this was done to us.do you really buy their sell of [they hate our freedom] look what we have beed doing before 911.would we like having a police state on us.lets not forget no wmds
@saintile More likely to get struck by lightning than a terrorist attack. Why don't terrorists attack Neutral Counties? Why can't the U.S be a neutral Country? Ron Paul doesn't fight terrorism, Ron Paul fights tyranny.
The minute he took credit for the planning and support for killing Americans in the name of Allah, he renounced his citizenship and is no different than any other foreign national that decides to kill Americans.
He got what he deserves, and I am only sorry they couldn't make him suffer any more.
@madura32 I dont see what difference it makes. When I was in the army I did what I was told. British, Germans, Americans, Iraqis, Irish, Serbs, Sierra leonians. It makes fuck all difference to me what uniform they wore or what language they spoke Id kill them if I was told to. What is the difference, who cares.
@grimblebrumble17889 Did you ever think twice about it? I mean... didn't it bother you that you were being given BAD orders? I'm not attacking you, I'm merely trying to wrap my brain around the callous disregard for human life just because some jackass in the White House, or other moron in a position of power tells you to.
One should listen to their conscience and DISOBEY bad orders.
@BodaciousBahar I was in the British army. Part of my job was to treat British citizens as potential enemies in Ulster. I beat and humiliated people who spoke the same language as me and I dont feel in the least bit bad about it. I was ordered to. The resonsibility lies with my superiors. If a British or American person is designated as an enemy and that person is to be got rid off I dont care the reason I would of done it if told so. That is what makes a professional. Nationality is nothing
@grimblebrumble17889 That is why England has a disgusting history of colonialization they have nothing to be proud of on the contrary and you my friend, should have your head examend or get yourself institutionalized asasp. You medical attention !!!!!!!!!!! before you injure yourself or someone else.
I was an Australian serviceman for six years. Fortunately, I never saw combat but I remember being told time and time again that "following orders" is no defence to crimes against humanity or the commission of actions that would be deemed criminal by reasonable people. I went on to study law where I researched war crimes in some detail. Being 'professional' does not mean being a mindless automaton. I don't pretend to understand your experience but I take issue with your line of reasoning.
@Naughtyjug You do what you are told or you suffer the consequences. We arent in the buisness of diplomacy. If you are ordered to do something, you do it with a smile on your face or you die. This war crimes nonsense is exactly that. People need to be killed and those that are paid to do it had better do it otherwise they are just as guilty. Your arguments are for cowards and weak individuals.
Brother you sound like an assimilated member of the Borg Collective. What's with the "people need to be killed" bit?...who needs to be killed? by whom? and according to who? If you've killed as many people as you suggest you have then, statistically (Amnesty International figures) a good 30-40% of them were innocent civilians. That makes you a..let me see...a murderer. If you prefer to coat that with the veneer of "professional soldier doing what I'm told" then go right ahead; sad indeed.
@grimblebrumble17889 HEY DUDE YOU NEED HELP THE SOONER THE BETTER !!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE A PRIME EXAMPLE OF BRAIN WASHED RETARDINESS & STUPIDITY AT IT'S WORST !!
@johannas58 They're all the same. The hawks and the doves are playing war games with us and the rest of the world. The U.S. Congress has been planning for martial law since 2008.
ATTN ALL AMERICANS: Defend yourself against the CIA and the Federal United States Govenrnment! If we do not wake up now, we will become a police-state nation.
@esgatch we've been a police-state nation for quite a while now, the first i found out about it was towards the mid-90s with ruby ridge and Waco, if not, before that. after all, the telecommunications industry has been in bed with the gov't since the 1940s.
@sr71ablackbird That's correct! And now efforts to retain our privacy are considered 'criminal intent'. It's all gonna crash. Congress want to declare martial law.
In 1973, the Judicial Branch of the United States 'assumed the authority' to define life in the womb and then legalized killing it, and the American people did nothing to stop it. Now, what do we think will be done about the Executive Branch of the United States assuming the same authority to take innocent life?...
I think the guy was a dog, but that does not mean that he should not be afforded the same rights and protections as every other citizen guaranteed under the constitution.
That is what makes our country GREAT, people !!!
The same rules MUST apply equally to ALL citizens. When that stops happening, we are no longer living in a just society.
The real issue here is that the 6th amendment has been marginalized. Every citizen has the right to a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed.
In this case, an American Citizen abroad was found guilt of the crime of exercising his constitutionally protected right to free speech. Because the State did not like what he was saying while exercising his Rights, he was targeted and executed without due process.

So Obama kills one self confessed militant and gets condemend for it. Bush kills 800,000 innocent Iraqis and no one cares? Fucking cunts you need to smarten up.Al Awlaki is a legitimate target.
@grimblebrumble17889 You need to keep in mind that the only reason this particular incident is being objected is because as an American citizen, we have a Constitutional right to be innocent until proven guilty...this is very dangerous.
@lawdreamer1 Ah so. There we are. The life of one American terrorist is automatically more important than the lives of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan.
@DMINATOR When you are involved in the planning and execution of everyday people you make yourself a legitimate target. Gestapo tactics are allowed. I dont remember the US people being so squemish when it came to hitting millions of everyday Iraqis and Afghans on the head with a big stick. Now when it comes to the death of one wannabe Paki Rambo you get all incensed?
@grimblebrumble17889 I don't live in US and am not its citizen so I am not to be blamed for the US policy and tyrants that are currently and have been elected for many decades there. I am not going to tell you how I felt about invasion and bombings of Serbia and many other conflicts through the years. But you completely mis the point of the conversation, it is not just a death of some terrorist, it is the death of US citizen ! and you haven't answered my question.
@DMINATOR Im English. If British citizens have guns and bombs and call for the killing of their neighbours (as in Ulster) we would lock them up or shoot them if necessary. They make the decision. Any man in any situation who picks up a gun for any reason makes that decision. This man chose violence, that is what he got. Soldiers, criminals, terrorists etc kill themselves by choosing the life. His status as a US citizen is irrelevant and sentimantal. It means nothing.
@grimblebrumble17889 You miss the point, again, when somebody attacks you directly, you have a right to defend yourself. protect your property. I am not arguing about self-defense, this is another topic.
I am talking about a person who has been accused of committing a crime, read ACCUSED ! Watch this: youtube.com/watch?v=c6bgwZGZiIo And my question is again, WHO decided that he is a legitimate target ?
@DMINATOR what most do not realize is that the Founding Fathers of these here United States put forth the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights to avoid what was Star Chamber where there was no Due Process of law. In Amendment V , No one is to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. No matter who it is and how much they are hated by the public, this was nothing more than state-sanctioned murder !!!
@grimblebrumble17889 I share your disgust bush, but no matter what, the killing was unjustified. Read Amendment V in the Bill of Rights. "No person shall.. be deprived of life, liberty or property without Due Process of law' and that does NOT only go for just Americans either. It clearly states that NO PERSON. There was NO Due Process. That was why the Amendment V in the Bill of Rights was written. It all refers to what King George III held before the Revolution. It was called `Star Chamber'
Seems illegal aliens have more rights than those the usurper declares as speaking in an unpatriotic way. Obama is a illegal alien muslim USA hating terrorist usurper! There now shall the cia kill me?
Look up the msnbc asassination poll. The "right" makes the left out to be subhuman and the "left" makes the right out to be subhuman. The govt is making all of us subhuman suspects.

Good luck!!

chavezmarquez8 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 if he was a terrorist worthy of making an executive list to kill, why did this administration not place ONE single charge against him? Why did they not renounce his citizenship first? Certainly they could have found one charge? But no, that isn't what this was about. Obama wanted to establish a precedent that he could kill at will and the gullible GOP cheer him in doing so. How gullible and naive.
GAPeachWoman 4 months ago
@GAPeachWoman The guy is associated with Al qaeda. Definition of Al-Qaeda: is a global broad-based militant Islamist terrorist organization founded by Osama bin Laden. NOW, why else would a white American feel the need to join our ENEMIES, LADY????? We may not have a record of anything the guy has done, but being a part of a Gang as Al qaeda, he's obviously not up to any good.
On another note, you're telling me you would have no problem living next door to this terrorist??

@js7un I don't listen ANYTHING i'm told by the media. I do my own research. I'm writing a television show based on all the issues that this country is facing and ALL the political leaders who have put us here today. STARTING with BUSH. As I said before, I could care less about the recent killing of a WHITE TERRORIST who is affiliated with Al qaeda. As far as I'm concerned, Obama has done an AMAZING job in just under 3 years of his 4 years. I know a lot don't agree & those are ignorant.
chavezmarquez8 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 The vocabulary you select defines the scope of your thinking. You say it's about a white terrorist, I say it's about an American citizen. Accepting different terms results in different perceptions and conclusions.

@chavezmarquez8 I'm glad for soldiers like you who are willing to go fight wars to defend America. It's not for you to question your orders, I'm not questioning you. I question what they tell you about the enemy. What if the sand the guy is lying in is his sand?
js7un 4 months ago
@js7un Should we be in Iraq at this point? No, I don't think we should be. Should we be over there at all at this point. NO. But as an example, a person who is being tried, FACTS are what set people free. We have HARD FACTS, to prove this man was affiliated with Al qaeda and helping wage a war against us. Hence, why he was placed on kill list. The US doesn't plan out random acts of war against innocent white men living in Iraq, UNLESS reason to kill. He gave us plenty of hard evidence.

@sr71ablackbird let me introduce you to modern day warfare 101: COST, not 70's chump change and it cost us10's of thousands American soldiers lives because of poor planning of Vietnam. Todays cost are more than double. Pilots have to transport these 300 troops plus supplies,Transporters cost from $1500-3000 an hr to operate, need men to set up base, 50 men, 25-50 soldiers that are to go in, 200 on standby nearby, backup. include the salary of every personnel/plus artillery & fuel =$100,000,000
chavezmarquez8 4 months ago

By going after terrorist like this white monkey, it's either me or them and it's sure as hell not going to be me. Mind you, I died during liver transplant surgery, they brought me back. I was fortunate, my friends were not.

@chavezmarquez8 not so much, as i said, compare the two, where you had IEDs (where my school mate was killed by one) back then they had what were called `bouncing betty' mines, ya stepped on it, it blew your lower part off, nuts, pecker & all. Hell, i damn near bled to death in my driveway, so i'm not afraid of dying either. It's inevitable, that is one fact of life NO ONE is going to escape.
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 if you look at it today, and what it was during Nam and neighboring countries such as camboida, laos, and others, it's not all that different, during that time, they also used children to put bombs on, they also were also exposed to mutagens for them it was Agent Orange (from which my cousin still suffers from to this day, which is down his back, the back of his legs and the bottom of his feet) - they used it to kill rice paddies. in your time, it's d.u. with 4+billion yr h-l.
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@sr71ablackbird as I put up my peace fingers up and say "I am NOT a crook."haha. It's pretty common to have a women have a bomb strapped to her chest and her baby on her back, then run as close to us as she can - and blow herself and her baby up. Yeah, these are the things Terrorist known TODAY as Al qaeda do. The one and only ruthless terrorist group who your guy Anwar al-Awlaki has been assisting, participating with and mentoring on how to hurt us.
chavezmarquez8 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 in nam, it wasn't the lady that was wearing the bombs, it was the children that were wearing them.
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 in a sense, you are right about a `different monster' as one would call it, Vietnam was a country, and terror is a tactic, that there is the difference, one is NEVER going to win a war on a tactic. Any veteran should know that. (most do, but they find it out the hard way).
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
In my eyes, they can send in a drone and save the lives of my battalion and my own life. BY ALL FUCKING MEANS YOU KNOWING ASSHOLE. YOU think it[s so fucking easy to just CAPTURE someone in a foreign country? Be my guest/hero and show us all how's its done.. OH and good luck bring in a wanted terrorist who is heavily armed.
chavezmarquez8 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 KNOWING ASSHOLE, interesting pick of words there. and you of all should know as well as i do, that one does NOT just go in & get them, that would be a suicide mission itself. one would need a plan and current intel, inside operatives to observe their repetitive practices, and what their habits are on a time table.
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 Not to mention the historical facts that precede these events, that the wars that we are currently in is nothing are nothing more that a chess game being played for corporate interests. Neither of these so-called 'wars' were NEVER DECLARED BY CONGRESS, which makes them unlawful and unjustified wars not to mention that there is supposed to be a trans-Arabian oil pipeline to be built..
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 for a little history, try 2 companies and 1 name, Arbusto Oil, Harken Energy, and James R. Bath. So, tell me how in hell does it take $100 million dollars and so many to pull off an op such as that? It does NOT cost that much and if it takes that many to get to him, you would have a hell of a hard time with 4 ex green-berets which could have done that for far lower cost !!!
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 Executive Decisions are unconstitutional to begin with, not only is it every soldiers' duty to question those orders it's also their duty to report those orders to Congress as well. I know what it's like to have someone killed over there, a school-mate of mine was killed over there by an IED even he had his questions about it from the very start before the current joker was in office.
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@chavezmarquez8 I guess a church service would be a gang with your thinking, and youre right. Lets just kill them because "they obviously not up to any good".

Eight other cartoonists, journalists, and writers from Britain, Sweden and Holland were also threatened with death. "The prophet is the pinnacle of Jihad", al-Awlaki wrote.

PatrickHenry2K 4 months ago
In 1871 an act was passed called the District of Columbia Organic Act. This created a corporate governance known as "United States". This is a CORPORATION. If you go google the Declaration of Independence and read the opening line it is written "united States"(notice the lowercase "u", this denoted our original REPUBLIC. We are not a democracy, that is a corporate tool. Our corporate govt is the remnance of the BRITISH EAST INDIA COMPANY created in 1600. They dissolved completely in 1874!!!!!!

BodaciousBahar 4 months ago

Naughtyjug 4 months ago
@Naughtyjug You do what you are told or you suffer the consequences. We arent in the buisness of diplomacy. If you are ordered to do something, you do it with a smile on your face or you die. This war crimes nonsense is exactly that. People need to be killed and those that are paid to do it had better do it otherwise they are just as guilty. Your arguments are for cowards and weak individuals.
grimblebrumble17889 4 months ago
Brother you sound like an assimilated member of the Borg Collective. What's with the "people need to be killed" bit?...who needs to be killed? by whom? and according to who? If you've killed as many people as you suggest you have then, statistically (Amnesty International figures) a good 30-40% of them were innocent civilians. That makes you a..let me see...a murderer. If you prefer to coat that with the veneer of "professional soldier doing what I'm told" then go right ahead; sad indeed.

Now, what do we think will be done about the Executive Branch of the United States assuming the same authority to take innocent life?...
esgatch 4 months ago

Fucking cunts you need to smarten up.Al Awlaki is a legitimate target.
grimblebrumble17889 4 months ago
@grimblebrumble17889 You need to keep in mind that the only reason this particular incident is being objected is because as an American citizen, we have a Constitutional right to be innocent until proven guilty...this is very dangerous.
lawdreamer1 4 months ago
@lawdreamer1 Ah so. There we are. The life of one American terrorist is automatically more important than the lives of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan.
grimblebrumble17889 4 months ago
@grimblebrumble17889 who has decided that he is a legitimate target ?
DMINATOR 4 months ago
@DMINATOR When you are involved in the planning and execution of everyday people you make yourself a legitimate target. Gestapo tactics are allowed. I dont remember the US people being so squemish when it came to hitting millions of everyday Iraqis and Afghans on the head with a big stick. Now when it comes to the death of one wannabe Paki Rambo you get all incensed?
grimblebrumble17889 4 months ago
@grimblebrumble17889 I don't live in US and am not its citizen so I am not to be blamed for the US policy and tyrants that are currently and have been elected for many decades there. I am not going to tell you how I felt about invasion and bombings of Serbia and many other conflicts through the years. But you completely mis the point of the conversation, it is not just a death of some terrorist, it is the death of US citizen ! and you haven't answered my question.
DMINATOR 4 months ago
@DMINATOR Im English. If British citizens have guns and bombs and call for the killing of their neighbours (as in Ulster) we would lock them up or shoot them if necessary. They make the decision. Any man in any situation who picks up a gun for any reason makes that decision. This man chose violence, that is what he got. Soldiers, criminals, terrorists etc kill themselves by choosing the life. His status as a US citizen is irrelevant and sentimantal. It means nothing.
grimblebrumble17889 4 months ago
@grimblebrumble17889 You miss the point, again, when somebody attacks you directly, you have a right to defend yourself. protect your property. I am not arguing about self-defense, this is another topic.
I am talking about a person who has been accused of committing a crime, read ACCUSED ! Watch this: youtube.com/watch?v=c6bgwZGZiIo And my question is again, WHO decided that he is a legitimate target ?
DMINATOR 4 months ago
@DMINATOR what most do not realize is that the Founding Fathers of these here United States put forth the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights to avoid what was Star Chamber where there was no Due Process of law. In Amendment V , No one is to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. No matter who it is and how much they are hated by the public, this was nothing more than state-sanctioned murder !!!
sr71ablackbird 4 months ago
@sr71ablackbird agreed!
DMINATOR 4 months ago
@grimblebrumble17889 I share your disgust bush, but no matter what, the killing was unjustified. Read Amendment V in the Bill of Rights. "No person shall.. be deprived of life, liberty or property without Due Process of law' and that does NOT only go for just Americans either. It clearly states that NO PERSON. There was NO Due Process. That was why the Amendment V in the Bill of Rights was written. It all refers to what King George III held before the Revolution. It was called `Star Chamber'
