RP Singh's arm moves in line with the trajectory of the ball so 100% of the hyperextension will be in the opposite direction which is why it's not visible from directly in front. Shoaib, on the other hand, like Malinga, brings his arm from mid-off so the hyperextentions will be towards mid-off and, hence, visible from directly in front.

Front cam shows RP Sing's arm as straight (even though side view shows it isn't) because his arm rotates on a vertical arc. The reason the front cam shows shoaibs arm as crooked is because Shoaib's arm starts behind his back and has a horizontal component to it's motion. He doesn't chuck any more than RP Singh, or McGrath or Lillee. If you stop old slow motion vids of Lillee and Thomson from speed test videos you can see a 15-30 degree angle at the elbow due to hyper-extension.

It's not the hyperextension in the action that worries me - it's the throw that he employs after the arm comes over.
