Beleive me Charice will never drink or take drugs. Now on the other hand I don't know about Justin Beiber. He has become so arrogant and bratty that he might take them in the future. He is going thru his money as fast as he can. What does he need a private jet for? He doesn't but he wants to make everyone think he is good at what he does.
