Some people are unable to see a relationship between a man & woman without thinking there must be more to it. A friendship, a mutual need, a belief in something. If she really believed in this communication she must have felt incredibly close to Brown and for some people how could they be this close without a romance??? I love this film, but I take it with as big a pinch of salt as I do any historical film - it has nothing to do with reality, but it's a lovely way to spend a wet Saturday!!
