its like a fire in a fire place if you put a big huge log in it its gonna take a long time to burn and its going to burn slowly but if you put small logs in every so offten it will burn fast thats kinda how your matabolism works. if the contour actually works as an exersise and a muscle builder you would still have to watch your diet and it would be smart to do the things that i listed. i was watching the comercials for this a few mins ago and thought to my self this thing might work.
i have determand now that i would have to consume 8000 calories in one day to actually start gaining weight again and i amagine if i started consumeing that i build my matabolism to sustain that many calories eventually any way. i honestly like to eat so i eat meals of what i like but if you want abbs and to build your matabolism quicker you should eat small meals every two to three hours instead of one big meal three times a day.
