ok and this is a new myth I found. At mission pier 69,if you shoot at the two boats first( I suggest you to use minigun), and just swim to the island, youwill find two dead bodies at the grass(a man and a woman),but after you kill Ryder, they will gone.

u can tell it aint a mod cause in the pc version for san andreas when u piont at someone it has and upside down triangle on top of the guys head so this is clearly not a mod but wack though cause ive never seen him there hahahahah

yes it's strange a lot of my friends have GTA SA too, they never found this person in their game, and they've the original version. I've got the platinum version of the game. maybe that's why I only can find it. But it's rare though, it doesn't always appear.
