Me Gusto mucho este tutorial, Jose muy bien hecho.. por fin aprendi el secreto del mangu, para que no se ponga duro despues k se prepara, Y mira que tengo muchas amistades Dominicana que saben hacerlo pero siempre me decian que tenia que hecharle del mismo agua que se cocina. pero por fin aprendi que no es asi... excelente!!! thaks.
