  • this car sucks anyway, i used it for a long time and its simply a poor, low power car... i dont recommend wasting your money on tuning it.

  • Why hit the rev limiter all the time? It revs pretty high anyway.

  • You absolutely have no clue to what or whom you are referring to. Go do your homework first and then post comments...

  • He's right i think. not for the speedometer but the rpm meter.

    The way i see it this is just a N16 with stand QG18DE. Only thing changed is air filter and maybe the exhaust. You also can hear that the engine is not turning @ 8000rpm. + you're doing 110 in 2nd gear and it revs. The rpm meter is juste showing too much. even when i watch your other videos you can see it. I think you underestimate the power of VVL. It's much more powerfull than you car ;) I you can show a dyno test i'll believe you

  • That was caused by Central20 "tuning"... The motor was choked with a max timing of 21degrees on all rpms...

  • Nobody is powerful enough to harm my feelings or my engineer's reputation! It's my money and I should know best how to invest them in order to make my car more enjoyable to me. Some people don't understand that the car was built to suit my own pleasure and not for street racing since this is not something I'm fond of . Nobody forced you to watch or criticize the video and car's performance. I don't have the urge to prove anything... I was just sharing with VVL funs and Almera owners.

  • Not much to tell for the moment.

    It has a speed limiter...:( So no accurate dyno could be made. The extra injectors should spay along with the 2nd VVL activation point.

  • so its not a modified ecu its just a stock N1 ECU ? i thought you meant it was modified/returned which would be very interesting to see what method was used as i've not been able to find any detail/info for anyone that can modify and tune an N1 ECU. Cheers.

  • Every Japan motor has a speed limiter...

    There is an extra daughterboard inside the stock ECU. A Central20 badge with serial no on the outside cover of the ECU. What does this mean to you? Just have some patience till some measurements could be made and probably some tuning and you'll see the project posted on your forum also.

  • Yeh certainly sounds like some mods have gone on there, i'm just keen on any N1 info at all that's all. Hope to see some details soon! :D
