in the architect mission builder you need to unlock the freedom phalanx, or you can sit down and make an enemy from scratch and build his costume, (or you can build a costume for yourself at the tailor shop to make yourself look like statesman.

Personally i think they should form up the servers into one. OR form the servers in pairs if ppl fear for lag, but something has to be done to increase activity. Lets say the lowest and highest...freedom forms with triumph....champion forms with virtue and so on....it wouldnt be any worse than it was pre i5 and than it wasnt bad....more ppl to team with, more to do all around

On everquest, since they had soooo many servers and they were probably only running at 20% capacity at max i think, they paired them all up except for the Main servers which everyone was on.
