Hey kids, the HSE are the guys responsible for dumping hydrofluosilicic acid in your drinking water (a highly corrosive acid which is a waste component of the fertiliser industries and contains trace amounts of lead, arsenic, chromium and uranium). If you're lucky it will only lower your IQ, stain your teeth and leave you with Attention Deficit Disorder...(better not scare you too much though so I left out the 'serious' side effects..)
