Why would the Town Prosecuting Attorney openly attack any defendant that could lead to another “Ethics Violation” complaint with the Arizona State Bar against him? Since he is the Towns Attorney too, it is NOT his decision to pass judgment over “Open Meeting Law” violations. That rest with the Attorney General Tom Horne. He (Horne) has already found that Quartzsite has violated Open Meeting Laws several times and the Town of Quartzsite is already facing civil litigation over it.
