i just jacked my torsion bars up 2.5 inches and im getting shackles for 17 dollars at advance auto at 730am cant wait to install them in the freezing weather. I have a 98 s10 4x4 by the way. So basicly I got a 2.5 inch lift kit for 17 dollars. Anyone can do it. The torsion bars go from front to back of tranny. Crank on the one bolt that tightens them while the front is jacked up. And boom lifted.

For all of u flipping out about my truck not having lockers. We welded the rear spider gears. We left the front alone until I get hydraulic steering and lock in/ out hubs. Then i will weld the front. Ran out of money so i mud what i got. Yes it is s10 frame and not a zr2 . Rollcage is in progress. All for now.
