Just last night when I came off of patrol I saw a video of a traffic agent that was rundown by someone trying to avoid receiving a summons for double parking.

The law should reveiw all incidents before dropping the hammer. This agent was overzealus in attempting to give the summons but the driver made the mistake of driving away and running her over after he knocked her down.
