  • @usernamekatniss i'm NC30 in MAC and 123 in MUFE HD Foundation...

Light to medium with olive undertone

  • PLEASE ANSWER THIS!

Okay, so i am on a quest for concealer and i raellly want to get the hard candy one, i honestly dont need to conceal much, maybe redness on my nose and redness above my brows, and every once in awhile a have veryyyyy light under eye circles,

do you think it is still okay do use the heavier concealer? if i were to just use a little bit of it?

i just dont want to look cakey or anything ):

  • @BriannMelo If you dont need a lot of coverage, the hard candy one maybe too heavy :) but its a great concealer to have, but again, no need to pile on tons of makeup if you dont need the coverage.

  • @MakeupByLeeLee well i have redness and some discoloration, so that is my reason, but i just bought the maybelline mineral powder concealer, would you still agreethat it is a good concealer? and does its job well?

  • @waterksgood555 i know! i think that maybelline was really stupid to do that! everyone loves it!

  • you should list the items in the downbar

  • Dream mouse got discontinued. :(

  • I know somethings extra cover concealers cause breakouts,

    did it happen for you??

  • Besides covering up the undereye circles, What about somehow getting rid of lines on the under eylid?

  • @daniel87980 Makeup covers discoloration but does not do much for texture related issues. To diminish the appearance of fine lines you may want to look into some anti-wrinkle serums and eye creams :)

  • Thanks so much for this review LeeLee. What would you say is the best concealer you've ever used? (doesn't matter about price). I am getting married soon insh'Allah and really need a good concealer. Thing is I have lots of acne scars and don't know how to cover them up! Another makeup artist on here recommended the dermablend, but suggested using the foundation as a concealer, how would you rate the dermablend? Shukran in advance!! P.S I have super oily skin.

  • OMG! I was just about to by the hard candy one!

  • I like the yellow stick consealers ($5) and then use Maybelleine liquid concealer over it. It works well for me :)

  • I tested the hardcandy camoflauge concealer in medium in a haul/ reviiew on a section of my tattoo's and was impressed by the coverage ...i use it alot on my under eye area and to conceal the veins on the side of my face !!! its still feels full ...a little goes a LONG way :)

  • Great review. I use the Glamoflage as well. I really like it, but I think I should have gotten medium because it looks too light on me even though I have light to medium skin. I have actually thinned mine out with a little moisturizer to make it less thick due to concern about it settleing into creases. I also use the concealer/treatment by Garnier. It has a roller ball and is a much thinner consistensy; however, it is supposed to have skin treatment properties for lines and wrinkles.

  • @laylaperdomo cool! Let me know how you like it :) come back and comment so people can see other opinions :)

  • well i have only a few concealers..ima newbie but i do like nyx concealor

  • @hairnstyle cool! I have heard good things about NYC concealers, its not so easy for me to find NYX unless I go to ULTA, but will def. keep an eye out, thanks a lot :)

  • I love maybelline =)))

  • @strawberrypeachy me too! :)

  • Are they good for very dry undereyes? Which one do you like best for undereye?

  • @lillixGuo Try Revlon Ageless - its awesome for dry undereyes and won't cake or crease.

  • @Berdie15 cool! Thanks for the recommendation! will keep an eye out for that one :)

  • @lillixGuo I would use the hard candy but only a little so it does not cake up :)

  • do you think u cud do a makeuo collection vid,

    forget about the haters, girl!

    =]

  • @MeraGal hahah! well for right now I have a long list of videos to get through but will def. keep it in mind. I appreciate you pep talk about the haters :)

  • Long Lasting Foundation please :) x

  • @Makeupbyrachit ok, will definitely put that on my list, but just so you know, off the top of my head I would recommend the Revlon color stay! its great and it stays on a looooong time! :)

  • It does not cover tatts well...I tried just for shi*** N Giggels.. But you did an amazing tuterial..thnx so much..Love your channel so much..glad i found u

  • @nkr1695 haha! cool, I am glad you told us about the tatoo bit! like I said, I would not have been able to tell because I dont have any! thanks so much for watching. I am glad you found me too :)

  • omg I totally agree with u in this video! I usually get a Mac concelar in the tube and although I don't wanna cheap out on concealer either tube ones are very light coverage generally even from Mac. This was a helpful video :)

  • @navtimebabez I am glad you found this helpful :) yes, ones in the pots or jars are usually the heaviest :)

  • I'm still waiting for some concealers to arrived (my first ever concealer purchase..YAY) ELF complete coverage concealer, LA color mystic foundation stick (but I meant to use it for my undereye =P) and LA girl HD concealer (don't remember the exact name). I'd like to see you review covergirl & olay simply ageless concealer..=) They seemed interesting.^^

  • @TheAshchronicles cool! I hope you enjoy your new concealers and will defiintely look into the ones you mentioned for my next round of drugstore concealer reviews :)

  • Leelee, I don't think you mentioned the price for the Hard candy one. Ooh, I'm on the search for a good concealer too! (preferably nothing too fancy) The Hard Candy one that you're holding looks so much like the Kat Von D Tattoo concealer! =D I heard that one is extremely good! (well, anything that can cover tattoo is definitely good, imo!) I'd like to try Hard candy concealer. wonder if its sold anywhere on the net..hmm..

  • @TheAshchronicles The hard candy concealer is around 6 USD. IT does look a lot like the Kat VOn D one which I have not tried, but I am loving this cheap-o one! =D

  • Speaking of elf concealer, which one did you try? I am on my 2nd studio concealer pencil and it's amazing! It's extremely creamy and gives great coverage. Plus, it lasts all day and doesn't break me out at all. Give that one a go (:

  • @VivehPinata I tried the all over cover stick, i mentioned it in my black friday haul I think. I am going to give the pencil a try next time I order elf, sounds interesting and I love elf :)

  • I use Wet n' Wild concealer stick that looks like a lipstick...in the shade 801

honestly, it's really good at making my eyes look bright and really conceals my dark circles....and it looks natural......so that pretty much does it fo me..

  • @sweetpeaxo31 Thank is interesting, I have not heard much about that one, but will keep it on my radar! :) thanks for the suggestion!

  • @sweetpeaxo31 just curious how tan are you? because i wanna know if it might work for me to i have a skin town that is really pale in the winter but tan in the summer
