  • I wish that the Lancer from gears of war existed as an airsoft gun. Except I cant find any around where I am -_-

  • The m16 a1 was developed in Vietnam... LOL

  • you forgot the RPK and M14

  • Well, in Vietnam some Vietcong was surely use @ThompsonM1928A1

  • @TheSkaterkid777 They are in Hong Kong.

  • @GODOFLIQUOR No prob.

  • sorry if im wrong, but wasnt the ppsh used in vietnam?

  • @GODOFLIQUOR Yes, by the NVA.

  • @doofusmonkey2 k thnks

  • @GODOFLIQUOR yes but not very much.

  • AND THE DRAGONOV ?

  • i hate to be so critical, but on that A1 your holding, you also have to change the butt stock. The original m16 butt stock was much shorter and smaller, kind of like the one on that CAR-15GBBR. sorry i had to point it out

  • Comment removed

  • m60,rpk,m14,stoner lmg (not the one from cod),ppsh 41, mac 10,uzi,m40, and the svd are all weapons you didnt touch on at ALL

  • @Airsoftnj10190 Also the MAT-49 was used extensively by the Vietcong, also the SKS Carbine.

  • Was the R.P.K. used in vietnam? If not, please enlighten me.

  • you guys should make a mat49 smg for vietnam games

  • Pretty sure the A1 was used in Nam.

  • but wouldnt the real sword type 56 be more realistic since they would prolly get the aks from china

  • What about the m14?

  • @ThompsonM1928A1 It's hard to find a semi-only airsoft M14.

  • @HackerAndBootSniffer The real m14 had a fully automatic firing mode.

  • @ThompsonM1928A1 Not in the Vietnam Era, because it was entirely based off the M1 Garand.

  • @HackerAndBootSniffer the m14 was made to get rid of the BAR and the M1 so even in Vietnam it had a fully automatic firing mode and if you don't believe me watch any pre Vietnam m14 demonstration video and you will see that even back then it had a fully automatic firing mode.

  • @ThompsonM1928A1 was not around in narm so oh NVM *face desk *

  • @ThompsonM1928A1 or the M60

  • @jamesravanal40 Airsoft M60s are quite expensive...

  • @RtdXyron .....but they're immensly badass

  • @jamesravanal40 this video aint what is badass and what is not...

  • @RtdXyron you do have a point

  • @ThompsonM1928A1 Archlight said in the beginning that these were used during Vietnam but you are able to use them in periods after Vietnam.

If you want a M14, you are "stuck" to that period.

  • @bf2lover42 Depends on the M14 you use. More modern M14s would be the M14 EBR and the M14 SOCOM... If he used a plain and clean Vietnam Era M14 or mounted a scope making it the "M21" he'd have a Vietnam Era M14. =P

  • all of them are useless, Vietnamese are Immortal soldiers :D

  • the m16a1 cannot be used in vietnam games even if the flash hider and mag are changed, the forward assist was not on the original m16

  • @kimosavae M16 A1 can be used in Nam games with no changes. The A1 model entered service in 1967 and saw extensive use by Army Rangers and the Marine Corps. Nam ended in 1975, so it can absolutely be used.

  • the stoner 63 saw nearly no service at all, it was used in remote, insignificant operations for field testing but it was never adopted because of its unreliability in jungle environments that were present in the veitnam conflict. its short stroke gas piston system was known to jam when under excessive heat or stress, although very accurate, it was so unreliable that it never saw significant use.

  • m14??????

  • wait in the movie platoon some of the guys had large mags and even dual mags for their m16's

  • the wood looks like plastic

  • does Redwolfairsoft ship to the U.S.?

  • Lol leave it a big fat American to jump in feet first and knows everything about fuck all! The man said is referring the similar look of the car-15 and the m4 and how easy mod they are. Go eat a cheese burger you stupid fat yank

  • @sammni He's Chinese/British...

  • did he just say the fuckin M4 was issued in vietnam! Stupid Brit...... leave it to ones who werent even there to fuck it up

  • @AFAUXCADRE he didnt say that and the m4 wasnt issued in vietnam. However, the military still made shorter barreled m16s for special forces like the CAR15

  • lol "$250 each very affordable" :/

  • Do have to be ukara or have a lisence fir your guns?

  • The A1 was being used from 1967 until the end of the war. You can see in pictures grunts with the three prong flash hider next to ones with a birdcage. There were countless AR configurations issue throughout the war. And the most common AK used in the Vietnam War was the Chinese Type 56. Soviet AKs were rare. As for the XM-177E2, those were only issued to SOG operators. Don't rely on this video if you want an accurate impression.

  • PPSH-41 :D

  • What about the sks

  • dear redwolf,

how do i make an m4 carbine with a railed front and removable carry handle look like a veitnam era weapon?

  • I dont think if you come in a game that your going to get kicked out for not having the correct flash hider

  • @Shootingfrenchmens ud be suprised

  • what about the m14,m60,and m1911 pistol

  • Just go with a beat to hell AK, with wood of course. It was picked up by a fair number of GI's in Vietnam as well as by SF guys, also it was pretty much all that Charlie used.

  • were the fuck is the m14?!

  • So if I was to get one of those guns, is there any way I can modify them so I can use it in a modern game instead of a vietnam one?

  • M14?

  • that is unless you are doing a late or special forces loadout your could use your 30 rounders

in the later stages it was issued near the end but early on were tested by special forces

and the m16a1's '69 and up can have birdcage

  • @CSnakeV what do you mean by that

more famous for being not as good?

i would say the whole m16 family is equally famous

dont get me wrong i love the m16 but if i had to choose one i would either go with the a1 or a3

i dont like the a2 and a4 because they are burst

and the fixed carry handle looks better

if i could have any m16 variant of all i would have to go with the xm177e2 because i love that long sexy flash supressor

  • im Vietnamsese American :D

  • i could buy a real ak for the price of that gas ak

  • @mark16443 then do it :)

  • @eagle2896E28 already did thats how i knew what it costed lol

  • @mark16443 Just about.

  • thanks gun very beautiful but in vietnam no for play guns

  • kalashnakov is fun to say in a russian accent

  • "this is good for well fun BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM" nicely stated captions.

  • can i use a ray gun?

  • no your retarted! look up your shit or talk to a vet.

  • Any Russian WWII guns will work too. Since the Russians funded and supported comminism during that time they pretty much gave guns to anyone who waved the socialist flag.

So if it's Russian, and made before the 70's your in good shape.

Your still able to use US weapons of WWII in nam games as well as some of then were still in service. So if you bought one of those big assed Marushin 8mm Garands, fret not!

  • @Wabaanimkii i know a pilot who carried an m1 on his huey

also the early seventies would work too knowing it didnt end until 1974

im planning on doing a late nam loadout with lc1 web gear

  • Hey, if I put compressed air in a green gas gun, what happens?

    Anyone?

  • the m14 to

  • m60 with holo

  • Am I the only one pissed off that they didn't even consider the M-fucking-14?!?! That was the standard issue for a while before they switched it and it definatley looks more 20th century then a fucking M16A1. For shame Redwolf, for shame...

  • I figured that Redwolf, with the influence they have over there would be able to lobby for this kind of thing

  • There used to be a cheap spring SKS that I planned on converting into an aeg, but it was discontinued years ago. As for all the others there has yet to be an airsoft gun based on them, it's too bad because I would love a Mat-49

  • what about the m3? the thompson? and the ak74su?

  • @horseranger25 That's because the M3 and Thompson were WWII era guns. The AK74 was introduced in 1974 (take a fucking guess), which was a year before the war ended. Even if the AKS74u was introduced along with the AK74, there is no way that the NVA was a high enough priority to be issued by the then-state of the art weapons.

You must have that controller jammed in your ass pretty tight, no? Try taking it out before you try to make such retarded comments.

  • @csmybuttt the m3 and thompson were used by marines and given to some of the arvn's

my grandfather knew a few marines who preferred the thompson

and a huey crewman who carried a grease gun

  • @beserkerpatroit1337 Because they are more known as WWII pieces than as ones from Vietnam. If you want to broaden the list by including all the miscellaneous small arms, then the list would be very long.

  • @csmybuttt D@/\/\n right

  • The quality of RWTV airsoft videos is some of the best around. Great editing, great host, great graphics. I really enjoy watching this stuff. One suggestion: use a lavalier mic for the host so that the audio is much better. Doing this will make your vids absolutely perfect and top professional quality (I am a video producer by training).

  • whare is the M60 and M14 and even the M2 flamethrower????

  • @skatethehouse999 Hmm, I don't remember having an airsoft gun shoot melted bb's.

  • @aerittithedeiti no, it fires real flames..... hahaha

  • @AH64GunshipPilot they don't have airsoft versiondof those (I think)

  • Actually m60 is not too heavy for airsoft its not meant to be used like an assault rifle u dont run around with it. M14 (M21) was used in vietnam as an DMR not an assault rifle and stone 63 was slighlty used by special troops

  • @TheHekaa M14 was used first years of the conflict because it was the marine standard inf. rifle!

  • @TheHekaa The M14 was the standard issued rifle for US Army troops through most of the Vietnam war actually.

  • What abt m14 and mossberg 500? Or rpd or type56?

  • I getting last 1

  • Hey I was wondering if you guys have a video how to attach the m16 m203 front set please need help

  • I'm also surprised there's no Mat-49 or Rpd as those were also very common NVA and VC guns

  • @AH64GunshipPilot Are you aware of any airsoft replicas of said guns?

  • No SKS? really?

  • @AH64GunshipPilot

I was about to say that, the SKS would seriously fit between the AK's and Armalites!

  • The AK-47 was pretty rare and very few if any were used Vietnam. The Type 56 and AKM-47 was the mojority of AK's used during that time period. Another main weapon used was the SKS, which makes me wonder why there is no good airsoft versions of this gun.

  • cod black ops should have never came out because kids think that vietnam is a game and its doesnt matter if lots of men lost there lives!

  • Your shipping is expensive as FUCK to the US.

  • i live in CA i was wondering how long it would take something to ship to Rancho Cordova, CA. plz help cuz i wanna buy one for my freinds b-day

  • Arclight: "6 Top Smart Choices for Vietnam Era Camo... Aww F#ck it, I'M GOING MULTICAM."

  • Before i go on... I DONT PLAY BLACK OPS, (anymore, worst fucking game) TO THOSE WHO DONT THINK SO YOU CAN GO FUCK YOURSELF! but i think he should of added the M14, M60, and the XM22 (stoner63 for cod fags.... actually wait cod fags, get the fuck out of here!) even if they weren't used to much they should still be in here. thanks.

  • @StrawberryFeilds67 i feel your pain i hated the fact they all used mp5k prototypes in 61' when they werent actually made till the 70s also the pm63 smg was NOT used by the viet cong or nva as it was not developed at that time the only guns really worth mentioning in the smg category for nam' were the mpl/mpk,uzi,vz,61,the sten, and the m3 grease gun

lets not forget the ever so smexy beretta m12

  • @beserkerpatroit1337 and crap i forgot the carl gustav m45/swedish k

  • AIRSOFT GEAR GIVEAWAY CLICK MY NAME FOR DETAILS!

  • I watched VN war on history channel and most of the soldiers did not use single shot on riffle except snipers. what is the point of very accuracy for if your riffle get jam and requires high maitanance? American soldiers was really dissapointed at the 1st version of riffle they used in VN war (M-16) .

  • ... *sight* no No NO!!!! LONTS OF THINGS U GOT RONG BUDDY!!!!

  • reliable low maintainance is the 1st choice of riffle in Vietnam battle field. in the war, except the snippers, we only need average accuracy riffle cuz 2 sieds are never more than 200 yards apart to use the riffle in the battle.

  • The M16A1 was used during the Vietnam war. Why did you mention that it was "not of that era"? That is incorrect.

  • Longer barrels do NOT make the gun more accurate (Airsoft)

  • you are wrong the M16A1 WAS USED DURING THE VIETNAM WAR

the m16a1 is the same as the M16 only differences are:

Added F-Assist allowing the user to manually close the bolt

Steel Bolt as previous versions posessed alumninum ones

Chrome lined barrel originally in the stoner design but removed till the XM16E1(m16a1 prototype)

the m16a2 difference is the gas block which makes it more handy for lefty users(personal experience) and 3rd burst

trust me i know this i have pictures of my granfather in nam

  • @beserkerpatroit1337 a couple of my family friends were in vietnam and you are correct

  • @beserkerpatroit1337

In the video it says 'M16A1 was used in Nam and after as well'

  • @TheRodeschild i was listening to what he was saying and not reading the text

now i realized he it sais it was

  • @beserkerpatroit1337 Thats cool what unit was your grandfather in?

My dad was in 1-8th Cavalry Division 1968-1969.

  • @TheMentalpenguin im not sure what exact unit he was in ill have to ask him

in the meantime i do know he was in field artillery and '68 till '69

he was in fact in 4th army

he shelled for air cav and has been privileged with the ability to wear there patch

he told me he went through da nang, dong ha,khe sahn(post siege),and hue

  • You guys got it wrong. The M16A1 was used in Vietnam, Started service in 1967, so it saw 8 years, half the war.

Also, they didn't use AK47s, they used AKMs (sorry to be THAT GUY), and from my understanding, things like , PPSH41s, PPS43s, Mosin-Nagant 91-30s were more common than the AKs, The Realsword T-56 would be better, because that's what they more commonly used.

Stuff like Mp40s were also used, too. Almost anything that the bad guys used pre 1965.

Also, the Brits and Aussies used FALs, too.

  • @DanTheVikingr So who exactly are you correcting?

  • @DanTheVikingr silenced stens and m3 greasies were used too as well as the swedish k/car gustav m45

  • @PLuGOfficial Yup

  • It's a shame that the only airsoft SKS on the market is a shitty, unrealistic, shell ejecting springer.

  • @PLuGOfficial Why? The Stoner 63 and M60 was never in CoD :)

  • @andromedarr Yes they were.

  • @csmybuttt Really?

Still, Call of Duty never made a Vietnam game, so why could he know that stoner 63 was in that war?

  • @andromedarr What? Have you been living under a rock?

Call of Duty: Black Ops doesn't ring a bell?

  • @csmybuttt I hearded of that game, but i dont like it, like every call of duty game after the first 2 weeks of MW2.

  • @PLuGOfficial how is he a cod fag they used the m60 through the vietnam war and they used the m14 and the stoner in the very beginning

  • stupid retard. it was used in the Vietnam war. it wasn't used all the time but it was there. stupid fagot should stop acting like he knows everything

  • @PLuGOfficial just because he mentioned weapons that were feature in cod bo doesn't mean he is a "cod fag" those were actual common weapons back then in vietnam era.

  • do you guys sell a mosin nagant M91/30 becauce the viet cong used them and i just like the mosin nagant

  • @MrTicklebunnies they preffered the m44 but they used them all i know you cant get a m44 airsoft

  • @148scalemodeling

ehobbyasia has a m44 airsoft on their website for $369

  • @MrTicklebunnies I have a real 1945 production m44 dont need an airsoft haha

  • lol, they put the annotions for the two most expensive

  • @PLuGOfficial Well, most vietnam wepons were in COD, so its hard not to suggest a non COD gun....

  • like if you understand my name

  • What about M16's if you didn't say them? They were used with americans everwhere in Vietnam

  • Comment removed

  • I'll just use a COmmando, That was in Vietnam. Black Ops dont lie man!

  • @Andrewes122 TELL ME YOU ARE JOKING. Well, about the "Black Ops" part. The Commando in game is actually the XM177, presented in this video.

  • @mechagodzilla290 Of course I'm joking...

  • @somepersonidontcareabout Thank god

  • seals used the car 15 in the battle of mongadishu :D

  • galil

  • @DJfilms100 eeejew

  • @DJfilms100 never used in nam

  • @148scalemodeling what was it used in than

  • @DJfilms100 not nam i can tell you that it is an israeli verison of the ak never around during nam

  • @148scalemodeling ok cool i never new that thanks for the fact

  • 3 prong flash hider: not on a a1.

    Maybe on the xm16E1

  • SVD, m2, pps42, colt 45., m60, m14, m3, m1, m1a1, bazooka? were are all those???

  • @TheAirsoft52 bazooka? cmon dude..

  • @MrZachgonz Yes, a Bazooka, partially used by SOME VC units, but rarely.

  • PPSh?

  • @TheSpecOpsAirsoft1 Someone's been playing Battlefield BC2: Vietnam eh? He did mention that VC used a wide variety of weapons, but you can't really go wrong with the AK.

  • @xXCaptnPeteXx not at all, I knew WAY before bfbc2 came out that the viet cong used the PPSh. It is a nice alternative to an M16 or AK

  • @TheSpecOpsAirsoft1 Ah, still When I think Viet Cong. I think of an AK-47. But theres only like one kind of PPSh anyways. If you want to get that for a Vietnam skirmish then go ahead. It's a righteous gun, but I forget who makes it. I remember it being kind of expensive.

  • @xXCaptnPeteXx I already have the ARES one!

  • @TheSpecOpsAirsoft1 Nice. That's why I remember it being expensive. How good is it? I remember falling in love with it the first time I saw it.

  • @xXCaptnPeteXx It's a great gun! The 2000rd mag is just a great amount of ammo and it is built extremely well. There were a couple of problems with it though. 1) the shop that sold it to me were stupid and gave me a 9.6 which broke the gun. I took it to a tech and apparently, 8.4 is the highest (not really a problem) 2) the blowback should be removed instantly! Either than that, a great gun

  • I was wondering, can I take my ares m4, put a new hand guard on it, and run it as a commando? I mean, it wouldn't be an exact replica, but I don't have all the cash to buy another gun and more accessories to swap it out with... Along with the fact I really love the electro-switch trigger :)

  • No one said a thing about presenter's face. It's white and unhairy(?) as my ass.

  • "BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!"

Well, that's a good enough reason for me!

  • The day some company makes an Airsoft GBB SKS i will be happy.

  • Also, i dont even play black ops online or BCBF2V. I do play zombies but that isnt in a set time period, and its guns are even used today (RPK, M14 etc).

  • Ok, why does everyone who comments "COD FAG or someone plays way too much COD" or anything related to a game, suppose people get their facts or suchlike from a game, sure half the people in the world get gun facts from a game, some from research, but it doesnt mean they all do.

  • @TheHeartbreaker7645

COD FAG SENSOR IS GOING OFF THE CHARTS!

  • A1 was actually issued in nam with the Birdcage flashider, SEALS used it. as did line infantry,

  • Nam weapons make me want to ride on the side of a huey and listen to CCR :)

  • delta used a car-15 which is the xm177e2
