As someone else already said, the MANGA is called "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles", but the anime was shortened to "Tsubasa Chronicles". I suggest the manga rather than the anime, as the anime is really cut short and doesn't include any of the good parts of the manga. However, the manga is DEFINITELY worth pursuing.

If you decide to read it, you might want to start by reading/watching Cardcaptor Sakura, as many of the main characters of TRC are originally from there, and also read xxxHolic. (:
