Is the white racial superiority hierarchy real or imagined? In regard to war crimes and crimes against humanity, how should we view and deal with the individual soldiers participating in these crimes? Are they the banality of evil? Entirely responsible? Pinky, I've been thinking a lot about literacy lately. What is literacy? Is literacy important to facilitate wisdom, justice, and/or creativity (or spirituality)? Do you suppose that cultivating literacy is important for our survival as a species?
There R 3 main types of "literacies" as I've come to understand: Cultural, Critical, and Media. I think its interesting how they all relate to social organizing. I would love to discuss this more with you. Let me know.
