@10Davidtennant - no, it's an optical illusion. In the tram you have no other point of reference, and as the tunnel around you starts spinning your brain tells you that you must be going upside down. It's a great trick! (The camera in this video clips rotates to make the effect look better - the lighting isn't so good in this clip - in reality it's a lot darker).

@10Davidtennant you dont go upside down its an optical illusion theres a great attraction in a theme park here in holland called villa volta its pretty popular in some parks not sure if its that way for more places but it also has a nice optical illusuin it works like this you sit on a bench and it starts swinging a little bit just like a normal swing set but slower then the room around you thats moving wich makes you're brain think you are going upside down while you're not its a great illision
