You're right about humanitarian missions when it comes to staying. You should have bombed the crap out the Taliban and then just left. Drop leaflets telling the people that if the Taliban or people like them are in power in 5 years time you'll do it all over again. If the leadership and military get wiped out every 5 years the people might just decide to put moderates in power. It's also cheaper than staying.

Man, what a misdiagnosis. The issue is Islamic imperialism and the spread of the Sharia over the entire earth. You should have had the guts to go into Southern Sudan and help the people who share your values.

I think Scarborough is right on the money. If anyone sends in troops to stop genocide it should be the U.N. The U.N. will always have more credibility than a single nation acting alone.

The UN is a corrupt, mismanaged farce of an amalgm of free and enslaved nations, incapable of organizing a trip to the bathroom let alone peace.
