the funny thing is that eating foods that have cholesterol don't necessarily increase your blood cholesterol its all the saturated fats and the trans fats that is to blame.

I'll make up a plate of devil'd eggs with different fillings in like 3 -5 of them, depending on what I have.

I've never tried hummis, guess I'll have to give it a shot.
