  • Peas and loaf, liferegenerator.

  • how can you eat raw on thanksgiving ??? besides this one.. make many more! thanks dan :)

  • Grow your own. Only way Life.

  • You speak the truth. The modern man thinks he is enlightened and so much more advanced than those of the middle ages, but in reality we are not. We have traded enlightenment for entertainment.

I believe I understand what you are trying to do with enlightenment through food and I would love to reach that point myself in my lifetime. Breaking down mono to experience the true energy of each fruit or vegetable is enlightening enough for me. Being that aware can only be described as such.

  • Thanks so much for posting this Dan! I was curious about different ways to prepare raw pumpkin.

  • can't wait to try this. thanks.

  • Love it!

  • I was just thinking about this the other day..."wonder if Dan has a video on what to do with a pumpkin?" lol right on!

  • @Tarafied1111 Hahaha me too!!!

  • Yes Dan! Awesome to the MAX! You are ON! THANK YOU!

  • keep - keepin on dan :)

  • Dear Dan,

In the beginning of the video you mentioned pumpkin could make baby food for a year. Could you expound on that? Thank you. A video a week would be less confusing for me and humanity. But...then I would become bored. Yeah, you're a bastard,Dan. Welcome to my club.

  • @MedusasFineEye Infants do not produce amylase (starch-splitting) enzymes at birth and are unable to do so for quite some time. Salivary amylase is not normally present in any real quantity until about 6 months and pancreatic amylase is not produced in adequate amounts until molar teeth are fully developed. Amylase is necessary for the body to properly convert carbohydrates into sugar and for starches to be properly digested.

  • @MedusasFineEye he means it would be good for babies if they are over a year but i would do more research.

  • @bridgetbennett02 Thank you,Bridget! I'll forward the video to my cousin (with baby) along with the update.

  • @MedusasFineEye good luck with your journey! <3

  • :D You read my mind! I was just thinking today.. how to people eat a pumpkin when they're raw? LOL It really is learning to think a different way about eating.

I really want to eat raw, and it's both scary, and encouraging bc such a different way to approach food..so different I can't abuse it; no negative connections made to it. I need something new, then anyway I ate before, so I could be successful with weight loss. I want to feel radiant. But I can't kick the addictions: salt, sugar..

  • Wow! that looks really good Dan..can't believe I can still learn something new with raw foods after so much time and experimenting..good show as usual my friend!

  • you made that smooth like a ninja, a straight master chef, good one

  • Don't say, "Probably won't save anyones life with this one." This might be the recipe that keeps someone raw and off SAD.

  • Use the vitamix tamper! Much easier.

  • Get a Blendtec...

  • Darlin!

  • dan what type of cocnut is that ? and could you help me with a deep tissue detox programme please bud !"

  • Dan,

What do you think of Durianriders (Harley's) diet. I too am a cyclist, and I could practicality live off of bananas.

  • Wow, I love your recipes!!!!! Can't wait to try this! thanks!

  • awesome recipe DTM

  • Please say a prayer for us if you will Dan. My mom is sneaking cakes and cookies to my husband at work and will not respond to my requests to stop it.

  • Made a great salad, but I'm still in transition, this week will feature chicken salad and fresh whole kernel whole grain bread for lunch. Switching to beans salad by the end of the week, to end 100% vegetarian, and possibly next week at least one day 100% RAW. TY (You are my inspiration to make this transition! God Bless forever!)

  • Raw pumpkin pie!! Thanks Dan!!

  • We appreciate you Dan!

  • Thank you Dan, I believe every plant designed for consumption has it's unique energetic benefits.

  • I appreciate your videos in general. This one is for the season. Nice and healthy.

  • love this one DAN< nice ideal had no clue its ok TO eat RAW PUMPKIN

    xoxo Cathy Starr*

  • @3girlscathy I don't think Dan really knows that it's ok to eat raw pumpkin. This is his first time trying this. He may have indigestion by now! lol.

  • Some one please respond, How do I know that i'm truly buying organic food not just because it's labeled or approved by fda/usda Idk they lie about everything and organic is or is becoming very profitable lots of companies will try to keep in liferegenator respond to me where to buy.

  • @Bellaventi Talk to the farmers at the farmers markets and just read the labels at the natural grocery stores...

  • @Bellaventi This website is all organic food I sell it online use the promo code 3468 for a wholesale price wwwdotearthshiftproductsdotcom

  • @Bellaventi you don't know. grow it yourself, then you'll know.

  • @Bellaventi and dont panic! :)

  • Can't wait to try this! I was watching this video and immediately started thinking of how I could turn this into a pumpkin pie when he gave us the directions for doing that. For the holidays I'm making raw apple pie and raw pumpkin pie! YUM!!

  • Your style of teaching is such a gift -- thanks, Dan, for all you do and are.

  • That was too cool bro! Thank you always!

  • I'm now sitting scared in my room..after throwing my mom's ice cream in the garbage while she was watching lol :) hey.. whatever it takes... :P

  • thanks dan. keep the faith

  • beautiful video. thank you. <3

  • Dude awesome recepy!!! Tried it immediately and it is completely off the hook!

  • Yur so inspirational...&i wondered about pumpkins.yur so rightuntil i found yur channel this was pretty foriegn to me,& i was never surrounded bypeople who eat like this,i noticed when at the store so much more organic foods than ever before ,this is going to really be the way of the future,i sorry i didnt relize the importance of this till had already damaged myself from all the posions & chemicals in foods,im sure many other factors played into it,but my body totally rejected the foods~

  • What is the coconut at the beginning of the vid called? Coconuts here look like gigantic brown nuts (not male nuts... Food nuts).

  • Pumpkin rocks--thanks for the video, Dan. Best wishes and much appreciation from the Colombian Andes :-)

  • your energy seems to be in the best of balance in this video :) thanks for the inspiration. im making that tomorrow when i get off work.

  • It's ok to eat pumpkin raw? I ate butternut squash raw and was sick for 3 days from it. Turns my stomach to think of it.

  • @Ineedmorelives I like it with some nut butter (sunflower seed is great with raw pumpkin)...no adverse reactions here.

  • @tvswnet Oh gosh, I'm still sick thinking about it. I will have to wait longer to try this. I used to LOVE pumpkin pie. I also got poisoned by nutmeg not too long ago as well, so anything that I used to put nutmeg in makes my stomach curdle lol.

  • My fav # is 8 too : )

I've recently been wondering what you thought of pumpkins, and wondered about a good raw pumpkin pie recipe......it's like you read mi mynd! gracias! what about Sweet Potatoes, I assume you could do a similar pudding.

  • Sooo much love to you and a big hug Dan!!

  • Excellent! I always wondered if we could eat pumpkin raw. I will make this.

  • Love the new space of service your in. Thanks for great pumpkin recipe

  • Thank you for the love Dan. You are one of the greater inspirations on you tube.

  • I didn't know you could eat pumpkin raw! What about other squash? I love spaghetti squash and butternut squash. Any raw recipes?? And, I must say, you are looking great! I've seen you get pretty thin on fasts but with this no fat, salt, spice cleanse... you look fit and strong! Very inspiring. Thank you. Nice arms /wink

  • I keep thinking one of these days your going to break that vitamix shaking it like that. LOL. I have a blendtec and im sorry, it sucks! I already had to send it back twice due to an "overload error" Wish I would have gotten the vitamix with tamper, it would help alot in a case like this where you dont want to add too much liquid and the tamper will help push stuff around vs adding more water.

  • Great video!

  • cool vid Dan

  • Hey Dan, always a great video!

  • Jack up those recipies, love it! xx

  • nice recipe Dan.

  • It would be cool if u teach us how to grow and prepare the dirt for good organic food.

  • Those seeds are chock full of protein!!

  • Put that drawing on a shirt and sell them! Great idea to serve it in the pumpkin. I am a new viewer and have learned a lot from you already.

  • Hey Dan! I'm Trapped in a Porta Potty completely naked with only this laptop and a rubber band, how do I escape?

  • @GooseMooseLooseJuice That depends on what everyone was eating the day before...?

  • awesome man!

  • genius genius genius genius genius genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have been watching you for a few weeks now, and I may have a really stupid question.... ok two questions. 1. why does ur cocoanuts look like that ?? lol why do they have a white outter coating..2. why do u never use bananas?? im new to all this and where i live cocoanuts are very hard to come by and expensive when we do ..... but when ive seen them they are brown and furry lol ( this comment i am realizing doesn't sounds so innocent but it is )

  • I'm gona try this

  • I was watching a video, and someone said that there is a difference between pumpkins you decorate and pumpkins you eat. The lady was baking a pie. Is that true? Are some grown with different stuff or have you ever heard this? It sounds weird to me, but I was just wondering your input is? Thanks

  • @lolipop2004 there are different subspecies of pumpkin. Generally, the ones your carve have more seeds and a lower water and sugar content versus the ones you would use for pie.

  • Went and made this today with a lil variety!!! WOW!!! Had no idea what it would taste like but first sip of it and i was hooked!

  • Pumpkin pie is my kryptonite. Please make a video of that raw pumpkin pie.

  • @rawfoodnoob i sooo agreed i would like dibs on that recipe also great idea =)

  • where did you get those coconuts... I can't find those anywhere...

  • That drawing would make a great T-shirt Dan :)

  • @austinsdc11 yes it would!! Dan get some shirts!!!

  • Was that an organic pumpkin?

  • Can't wait to try this after work! :-)

  • how does this digest?

  • @claudettedupont If raw sugar pie pumpkin does as well for me as summer squash or Armenian cucumber, I might want to stick with _cooking_ pumpkin. How clean does my colon really need to be?

  • Dan! Make a video with those almond cookies!

  • @monymony2626 I already did... :D

  • @liferegenerator I finally got to see it. :) You're so close to my house! Come to my Whole Foods!

  • This will definitely be a keeper for me and it couldn't have come at a better time. I am also looking forward to trying the many different varieties as well. Thanks Dan.

  • can i get a respond from the one and only LIFE REGENERATOR !!! :))

  • @alwaleed990 cfwufhcqfhjcidsRespondcbicbwoIJXYJHBXZsuwhibxdiuxnRespondusahcobdxoeu! :D

  • @liferegenerator Thanks Man!

  • thanks for everything dan! love this recipe!!!

  • i was actually JUST thinking the other day what you can do to eat a pumpkin lmao

  • Bike tour needed Dano !!! You can do it !!!!

  • Dan, You're Getting Much Cleaner Pouring The Coconut Water...Usually It Spills Everywhere :D

  • someone said blending adds oxygen and kills 90% of the nutrition...is this possible ????

  • @frnknsns I don't think it matters if you eat it right after you blend it.

  • @frnknsns From what I understand it does, like juicing in a centripetal juicer, add more oxygen into the "mix" which causes oxidation. This is only harmful if you let the juice sit. If you blend or centripetal I have been told to drink it almost immediately. How much truth is in this IDK :)

    Peace and Love

  • wow, i gotta try this

  • I was looking at the pumpkin on my table wondering what to do with it.

    Now I know! Thanks

  • And also BTW, u sure got accurate cutting with those coconut

  • I like that picture man. Is sure is gansta!!!

  • Thank you for the daily inspiration! I am going to make this...this weekend when I go visit my son and his girlfriend.

Looking forward to wowing them!! I appreciate you more than you will know!

  • Hey Dan,

What do you do when a friend just had their gallbladder removed (and they found after that it was GANGRENE). The gallbladder attack was brought on by eating a ton of junk food. While visiting them in the hospital you try to get them to understand that they need to eat more whole foods instead of processed food, but they just shrug it off that it won't help. You know they will just have more health problems soon, but they don't get it....sigh :(

  • @fruitmakesucute I know A LOT of people like that and as a nursing student we learned that we can only educate people we cannot make them change their health. They really have to want it sometimes we want it more for them than they do. If you are really good friends with them try to get to the core of why they dont want better health for a longer life..sometimes its depression and other things just knowing that you care can sometimes make a difference.

  • That recipe thinned down would make a nice soup as well. Just got a case of excellent Majool dates yesterday. Yum! Can't wait to try this. Thanks Dan!

  • Love ya Dan! Gonna make this for the family-3

  • sweet!

  • Can someone tell me if these is the same type of pumpkin used for Jack-o-lanterns? This one just looks more yello & lighter in color than the other orangy ones. He also says it's a sugar pumpkin. Whats the difference?? Thanks!!

  • @Yadzaqt they are the small sugar pumpkins used to make pumpkin pie they are much sweeter than the ones for carving.

  • LOL @"I'm probably not gonna save a lot of lives with this one". Hahahahahaha!!!!!! Yes you will Dan; your videos will always save lives. Love you Dan!!!! Bless....

  • I also want to mention what a great opportunity you have given those of us who are participating in the detox to feel connected with you-that is a special treat

  • Can you come and live with me?!

  • You could also pulse it, by turn it on and off, and using alternating different levels. : D

  • sure it was a life saver....Halloween is going to rock..

  • Dan, why don't you use a "tamper"? It helps process thick mixtures by removing air pockets, that may form during blending. It helps with the Vitamix :D

  • dude epic with the bowl too loll

  • I appreciate you as well, Dan.

  • Duh raw----i meant by itself----geesh=]
