Not the kind of socialism that the former USSR, N.Korea, or China has but Fabian Socialism is something to look into for the Philippines. It worked in many progressive European countries including Great Britain. There is a big difference between the angry communism and progressive socialism. Maybe if the government would establish better envolvement in rural communities like those with setting up schools and military posts that recruit and offer higher education, there will be a chance for success. Not the kind of socialism that the former USSR, N.Korea, or China has but Fabian Socialism is something to look into for the Philippines. It worked in many progressive European countries including Great Britain. There is a big difference between the angry communism and progressive socialism. A good mix of socialism (like Fabian) and perhaps a good amount regulated capitalism can work. Under a democracy, these principles can work.

Kokokrunch, that is coercion. Why do you think my co-leaugues Ninez and Kuya Satur are not on their seats? These equally respected people does'nt need fame , glory nor money. But they do want to make sure the people are being taken good care of by the people they put up there. Are these what they deserve for their votes? I worked with Kuya Satur for quite some time and I can tell you point blank you cannot buy this guy's silence with money. Am I right Sir Dick Pascual, Tata Pat Sigue?

Two former economic managers and the president of the Freedom from Debt Coalition (FDC) yesterday belied the claims of President Arroyo that the economy is improving. They also slammed her debt pre-payment scheme which they said is leaving the country mired in debt. Nemenzo likened Arroyo's scheme of pre-paying debts to the pyramiding or Francswiss scams, because debts are being paid in exchange for new loans with longer maturity such as the Brady bonds.

How do you show your anger against this illegitimate dwarf government which is in power only because of the support of the corrupt, thick face, and treasonous Mr. Esperon and his allied generals in military and police. The answer for now is silent protest. Thus a RED ARMBAND, RED WRISTBAND, OR RED SHIRT will suffice. If you are threaten by force then you can take it off for your safety. It is a small gesture but a good start.
