I`m a Deep Purple, Rainbow fan favorite band is The Who live. Well I`m perfectly fine with Ritchie Blackmores new direction in music with Blackmores` night . This just show cases how great Ritchie really is. Eddie Van halen couldn`t cross over and be this good. Blackmore is the guitarist that all others use to measure their own self worth. Blackmore is better than Hendrix. Favorite band is The Who. The who rocked harder than anyone. Look at their early 70`s videos.
