i had one for a year till i passed my test and it never junmped out of gear. i think its more on the brand new bikes, you have to make sure all the bolts are tight, as when new they can wear loose. just loctite all the bolts and your good
I've had one for three days and it's great. However the guy who put it together didn't bother to attach the gear selector pedal to the rod which is supposed to connect to the 'box. Luckily I could get it welded in place quite easily.
it may be a bit heavy if unexperienced with bikes but it is a nice one to ride. feels solid, get's respect and sounds nice too. put on some vid's when you get it.
no experience of the Honda but pound for pound i would say go with the Jinny. if you fork out for a shadow and don't like it it's a lot of money sitting round until you sell it.
It's just most of my friends have motorbikes, one has a Honda varadero 125 and the others have CBR's 125 and they said that the bigger the bike the more money you'll end up spending on fuel.
Hi thought i might just let you know im getting my new jinny the week sometime so will be putting a vid on soon. Hope all is well with the bike and everything and happy riding :)
sounds like a lawnmore

i heard that too but mine is ok. the gear selecting rod and connections can wear over time and i think thats where this happens.

After that it stays in gear though!

The JL11-125 is actualy a full sized bike and will teach a novice all the aspects of handling a motorbike.
And yeah, it look great in red.

It looks spanking in red, and the sound from the stock exhausts on these things is amazing.
My local dealer reckons that the price is going to have to up 15% or so on the next shipment because of the exchange rate. :(

I'm saving up just to get myself one of these badass bikes!! :D I can't wait, the one i'm getting is mainly orange with the white in it! Can't wait.
How has the bike been so far any problems so far with spending too much on petrol etc...?
mangahead1 3 years ago
your joking aren't you????
the only problem with fuel is trying to use what youv'e got.
i get 100mpg+ out of it commuting to work. approx 15miles a trip
